- I spent my mornings alone deep in the British Countryside contemplating my life and thinking of such notions as escapism and how it relates to slow living, cottagecore and the life I'm living right now. I think there's nothing bad in fantasizing and romanticising your life to a healthy extent, and even more so right now it's a healthier thing you can do - rather than dwell on the horror of all world events that are happening all around us.

I'm grateful you put romanticism into your life to enrichen it, to bring healing to your mind. You're not alone in doing this, for my daughters have patterned their lives around similar activities, so all of us can draw strength from one-another, and grow. We love our Cottagecore, our Rural England far more than other places although Perast in Montenegro is our other home where we enjoy speaking the native tongue of Montenegrin, also Serbo-Croatian and French when we visit over the Channel. But my farmhouse is now our home; home is where the heart is. ❤ Thank you for sharing your life and care, and such kindness. Wendi 🌻 PS.
