Preheat the oven to 425F. Baked frozen hash brown patties for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 5 minutes. Arrange patties in a circle and drizzle olive oil in the center. Cracked eggs in the center and season with salt & pepper. Add dollops of ricotta cheese and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Arrange lunch meat ham around the edges. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
