I would vouch that Stewart does know DS9 exists, he was in the pilot you know, and in fact does know about Voyager and Dsicovery too. Not sure what his response would be to Enterprise though. He goes to a few conventions every now and again, so he clearly has some idea of shows and actors from Star Trek, he is just not a fan/doesn't watch and couldn't tell you about these shows and actors, that's all.

This is unironically how DS9 is treated in the franchise. Mention of the series strikes fear into the heart of the current showrunners because they know it's better than anything Kurtzman could ever produce.

Another great way they could of ended this would be Ira Behr asking Jon Frakes why he is doing all of this absurd secrecy, and Frakes reveals that life has been boring ever since he last appeared on Star Trek, and he is trying to have something interesting in his life again. Maybe could have been a teasing to his eventual return to Star Trek.
Watch out, Frakes. He's already gone after Mark Hammil, he's coming for you next!

It was a joke... I think... Frakes loyalty would be to his own show first, and contributing to another Trek show, even though they are under same network... they are still considered outside their core group
