ingredients
for 1 kg chicken lagan
1 kg chicken
4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 and half tbsp salt
1 cup yogurt
half TSP lemon food color1 grade
kewra 2 tbsp
gulab water 2 tbsp
mitha itr 4 drops
4 tbsp roasted gram flour
2 tbsp cashew paste
4 tbsp raw papaya paste
Black pepper powder half tbsp
red (degi)chilli powder 1 tbsp
pure ghee 4 tbsp
1 mace 7-8 green cardamom paste
kashmiri red chilli powder half tbsp
fried onions crushed 2 medium sized
