Not only does it allow us to combine English learning with whatever, but also it's pretty interesting and catchy, i got used to listen to your podcast at once , that's how i am able to brush up on already learned vocabulary and quickly jot down some new words wherever i am. I am kinda new subscriber , but i have already noticed for myself that your channel is a great way not to loose a touch ! You rock!

Hi! This video is a kind of recollection.
It fetched back old memories. What is surprising is that we were sort of doing the same things. On the way home, when I was in elementary school we used to collect fruit from trees we met along the way.
Fast forward, in middle school, we used to buy ice scream sticks, sweets or what we call "snow ball". And sometimes on the weekend, we used to make "sorbet". The most famous being the coconut flavour one.
We made them manually with a machine called "sorbetière" (ice cream maker). Basically we had to turn a lever that became harder and harder.
We still do that but nowadays it exists various electrical models of this machine.

It was very interesting conversation.. and my bad is - there are a lot of words in English I know.. much inputs, but when I start to speak I can't (( may be I need more outputs or conversations, dialogs with somebody, discussion in various themes. When I try to say something its very hard to begin, but I know and the words is circling in my mind, I know grammars, I need to practice , now when I listening you I understood everything, when I write also I can explain everything

Growing up in my country was really enjoyable. At that time I didn´t like to study English. I studied in a public school and the teachers only taught me the verb to be. Very boring. Luckily I realized that English is vital for everyone.

Hello guys, first of all I'd like to thank you, I really enjoy and learn so much from you. By the way I have a silly question, are you guys speaking in a normal speed or are you guys speaking a little bit slowly?
In real life we also speak with a different pace depending on the situation and the topic, right? In the lessons we try to use the normal speed, sometimes making it slower when explaining something. Thanks for your question, Walison!

I´m from Colombia and here we also have all those hawkers, or informal tranders, who sell different things( food, toys, candies) in front of schools. By the way, the spanish and the Portugese words for hawker are almost the same ( vendedor ambulante). Greetings from south America, you are doing an awesome job.

I'd like to give a big shout-out to Ethan, Thiago, and Casse. I didn't understand 33:40 why you guys laughed when Thiago said something about Vito. Then I asked my friend. Vito Corleone is the titular "Godfather" in the "Godfather movies"..... the reference to the movie character in the context of New Mexico trying to lure Hollywood to make movies there is very tongue in cheek, which is why you laugh at the joke. Understanding the background is very important.

I made a few phone calls today through the RealLife English app. These people I spoke with were from Afghanistan, India, Saudi Arabia, and the last one was from Indonesia. Since I'm also Indonesian, it was particularly interesting that I came across someone from my home country. Her name was Riskah from Bone, Sulawesi, Indonesia. We didn't talk for long as the app limits the call time for users with the free plan. She told me she graduated from university in 2018. I was going to ask her what her major was, but my brain went blank and I didn't even know how to say it in English. Lol.
