Analogous Color Scheme for Landscape Painting Tutorial for Beginners

An Analogous Color Scheme is 3 to 4 colors next to each other on the color wheel and then select a complement across from them on the color wheel. Just stick to those colors for the painting.

Small studies like this seem like a fairly painless way for a beginner like me to start experimenting and learning about color, without the feeling that I have to end up with something suitable for framing, and if I don't, I've failed. You should have 300k subs, I don't get it.
