I really like the jacket and the bag is a bargain. I soak my white stuff in Vanish...or one of the cheaper dupes, Morrisons do one for £2.90. Soak in hot water so it fizzes for an hour or so, rinse and wash as normal, really makes a difference. It's also really good for keeping your plug holes clean ! Haha ,that sounds odd. Love your hauls in your hall.

The lashes were pretty good - I've never seen anyone put the glue on the actual eyelid before, but it seemed to work. I think the answer to making them look natural is not to have them too long, and to put eyeliner on to cover the gap. Loved the pink gauzy outfit - great color for those of us with white hair!

Your expression after you got the first lash on cracked me up!! Well done Helen, you're a better woman than I am, I can't get those things on, tried so many times. I went out once with one lash on, just couldn't get the other one on and didn't want to mess up my makeup by taking the false one off... 🤣😆🤣

Hi Helen, another great video! I've already purchased the Luxe drops, absolutely fantastic. My daughter in law kept staring at me earlier, so I asked why? She replied,'You'd swear you'd just returned from a foreign holiday, so thanks ever so much for sharing. NOW, the eyelashes, well, you know what's coming next. I'm on it straight away. They look wonderful on you! You're costing me a fortune, lol, I'm not so keen on the green trousers, tbh with you, and you're so right about whites staying white. Helen, everything looked fabulous on you! I checked M&S Canada for the bomber jacket ($225 C) and the trousers ($86.99) and they don't even have that bright pink outfit at all. So different from what you are able to buy in the UK! The whole eyelashes thing had me howling with laughter as I recalled my own experience once with the help of my daughter. The final effect was a 68 year old woman who looked like she was trying far too hard and possibly had been an exotic dancer in her youth so I put that on my "yeah, not a good idea" list.
Haha, I was concerned tbh, but I think they look quite subtle and fun for a night out.
You'll have to take a trip to the UK with an empty suitcase! xx
Couldn't believe you were demonstrating false eyelashes Helen because I've been thinking of giving them a go. My own are going from black to white, yikes! Those were so natural looking. There's a lady in one of our local shops and she wears enormous ones. She could sweep the floor with them! 😄
These were so easy. I hadn't practiced or anything before I showed them.
I agree some people lose 'sight' of what they look like. (No pun intended) haha xx

What a great selection of clothes you chose to show us! Thank you as always! Loved all the items and literally gasped at the off white sweater. Gorgeous! I didn’t care so much for the trainers though. My eye went right to the white sole and stayed there rather than seeing the lovely outfits.

I thought the cream jumper and the pink shirt with matching trousers looked so good on you and the bomber jacket was something that I think makes a casual outfit look rather chic. So M&S have kitted out the Women’s England football team (European champions) for their World Cup trip to Australia and New Zealand. Hence the collection. Great team of women and can’t wait to see them in action as they have a great chance of winning 🏆…. Loved the haul ❤

Those lashes were definitely a winner! Look very natural and pretty 👍🏻 This was a great Haul in your hall. As you say it’s about introducing a couple of new pieces for the season, to work alongside clothes you already own. I cannot wear black or navy without looking awfully drained and washed out - so I will perhaps look for a jacket that’s in a neutral colour in my palette of complimentary colours. That vibrant pink colour of the sweater really suits you! Look forward to catching the live. Hi Helen, I've just binged watch your last week's worth of videos, I've been away at our son's wedding and just want to thank you so much for your tip on altering a body shapewear, what a game changer...it worked out great! Love the false lashes on you...I've never tried them, but you made it look easy, so I might give it a go. The navy jacket was really nice, I love navy blue. I'm going to comment on all the videos I've watched and just wanted to say your mum really is a wonderful lady and so enjoyable and entertaining to watch, the bloopers are great, thanks for adding them. My sister gets her lashes dyed for special occasions and they look really good. I've got too lazy to bother but I don't go to many functions anymore 😔 but I still enjoy watching other people making the effort and I got a good laugh with the funny jumper sleeves.

The LOEWE leather trimmed basket tote is £405 so the one from M&S seems like an excellent dupe for £45. You just get the LOEWE logo embossed on the leather bit for the extra £360 ! The fabric on the pink two piece looks like double gauze - maybe. Thanks for sharing. x

You do make me laugh Helen - those lashes! Amazing how easy you got them on though. I have visions of you losing one and not realising until you get home. Or trying to swot it thinking its a fly or something on the window. Love to know what you Mum thinks of them. Love that navy jacket and looks good with a longer white top on. I always buy myself a couple of new white tee shirts/tops every summer. I think there is nothing nicer than a pristine white top. Goes with everything. x
By the way love those sparkly white sandals. Just looks at them on the website and they do black as well which looks nice to.

Hi Helen loved the eye lashes. I am sure we would all be interested to know how you got on with them , how comfortable are they to wear all day, did you sleep in them & how easy are they to remove!

Wow Helen impressed with the eye lashes , might Give them a go as can never do them either !! did laugh over the sleeves on the striped jumper as lovely as it looked , what gets me is why have so many things got dropped sleeves making our arms look bigger and shoulders droopy , the puffed shoulder blouse you had at the beginning and end was far more flattering . dont know if you watch Melissa Murrell you tube stylist she is fantastic and always saying this !!!
