@@iwanjones9360 Both are definitely contenders. Brian really pulled out all the stops on both of them and in very different ways. IWIA is packed to the rafters with chops whereas TSMGO seems like he's cramming in as much expression as humanly possible. I always felt he was doing it partly because he knew they were on borrowed time w/ Freddie and he wanted to give it his all.
@@user-lx3dn9bt9e becuase You dont need to prove it... If you own a brian may rig, It would be Pretty obvious that thats not a sound a ac30 produces because its a tube amp...this is coming from a person who has actually spoken with pete( brian mays live tech) ;)
@@sex0608 are you saying deacy amp doesn't sound like AC30? Did I get your point right? If so, I know it sounds different. And knowing the sound difference lead me to conclusion "I want it all" solo was played thru deacy, not the AC30. Maybe I'm wrong but it sounds like deacy to me due to very nasal very pointy sound. I respect your opinion, but Pete Malandrone joined Brian around 20 years ago, he was no near Brian in 1988-1989 when this record was taped, so he is only relevant for what he has seen. Maybe Brian stopped using deacy amp in the studio during Malandrone's era, but who knows what was happening back in the end of eighties?

This is probably Brian’s best guitar work imo
This or the Show must go on
Search Brighton Rock. I think Brighton is the Best but I Want It All is fantastic
@@figuradificil8030 yes Brighton rock is crazy

This song might have the best guitar solo I've ever heard.
Only if you haven't heard Comfortably Numb.
@@DanEllis Coincidently both are in the same key - B minor
@@DanEllis great solo, but not the greatest of all time, sorry
This becomes even more valuable when looking at some of today's music. What a genius!
I like the heaviness in the power chords.
This video needs so much more recognition
You see kids, this is how heavy shit is done. Cooking AC30s and true rock star on guitar!
There's also a treble booster between the guitar and the amp. And the amp is probably not AC30, but so called "deacy amp"
@@user-lx3dn9bt9e nope he always used Ac 30s including for this recording, he only used the deacy amp on specific songs 😉
@@sex0608 how can you prove it?
