by far the hardest part of fasting is the boredom. If you've never done a multiday fast, you have no idea the enormous amount of your daily time is spent thinking about, preparing, or eating food. Depending on your lifestyle, it can be really hard to fill all that extra free time. If you want a fast to be easy, start it when you are very busy

@@DeeMwangoDee ,when the rasta man tell you about Tivoli ,that place in up country, to get a good look ,you will have to leave St.George' no later than 9 am because that travels will be around one hour and a half, you should of booked a place on the main road. Jean Anglia is to far ,buses don't usually travel up there ,if there are more than three persons on the bus and they will charge you extra money ,you should try and go to Carriacou ,that is an island ruled by Grenada ,like how Tobago is ruled by Trinidad, just be safe ,Grenada small everybody knows everybody
The most beautiful of the Caribbean isles !!!!! I literally been there like 17 times !!!!!! Yachts!!! Beaches!!! Hotels!!! The people just beautiful!!! No worries about safety the people are used to foreigner!! The island is home to a international school of medicine with thousands of foreign students who everyone treats like locals !! They are friendliest people in the Caribbean!!!! Enjoy!!!!

Hi Dee, i visited my brother there in February, we stayed at the Blue Star Apartments. There is lots to see. The local market, the beaches are beautiful, there is a beautiful forest with a waterfall. We also drove around "where the rich folks live" there is a public park where reportedly was used back in the day to isolate sick people. Its now made into a lovely park for families. A small island. They reportedly low crime.
