no verse ever? Consider the connection between these: 2 Corinthians 5:21, Colossians 1:18 , Romans 8:29, and Acts 13:33. If Jesus was made to be sin (which is different than committing sin), when and how was he "unmade" from that sin condition?
I can't see how a true child of God would want to have any part with the Bethel church. Even people of the world can see how false it all is.

I pray they have their eyes open to the truth! How are they going to live? I was there for the purpose to go to BSSM, got accepted twice but finances never worked out. In fact, I spent all my $ and ended up homeless which is the story of countless others. I stayed in Redding for a year and finally made my way back home. Run from the WOF/NAR theologies and get back to the true Word of God.

It makes me wonder just how much longer God will put up with the false teaching coming from churches like Bethel. I don't want to see anything bad happen to anyone, but I'm hoping that these churches and pastors who are doing this will see the light and turn from this.

Over time, as you gain relational equity with the sheep, you can begin to probe their hearts through excellent questions. One of the greatest tools in a shepherd's tool belt is leading to a truth instead of bluntly stating a truth (for a biblical example, look to the Prophet Nathan with King David in 2 Samuel 12).
Discernment ministries are helpful and necessary in today's internet and social media presence. Your church doesn't need you to do the same thing. They need a patient shepherd who can lead them to water and not get mad when they don't drink it immediately. Focus on teaching and leading through essentials like biblical church membership, true conversion, how church discipline is loving, etc. Along the way, ask excellent questions like, "Why do we sing this song? Does it matter to the leadership of the church who wrote the song? If Satan Bros. down the road wrote a doctrinally sound song, would the leadership be okay leading us in singing their song? What is the purpose of musical worship in the gathering of the Saints? If the pastor found a really good and biblical quote from Hitler and used it in his sermon to prove a point, would we be okay with that? Why or why not? If Satan and his cohort attempt to appear as angels of light amongst the church, how do you think he would do that through music, specifically in the church? What would his plan or strategy be? Etc."

One of the pastors of our church is bringing youth from our Church's youth group to Bethel Church this summer for a summer camp week. I have tried warning the adults who are parents of the youth. The pastor found out, and he completely ignores me now. Jordan, thank you for this video 0 because I am sending it to the parents of the children who are being taken to Bethel.

There is a church in SA, affiliated to Bethel. It's Bill Johnson videos, the glory cloud, the dove. The school, BSSM, here it is CSSM. I was there for a term and not only left the church but left the Tuesday evening class, where you are taught to do things in the "spiritual" realm. We were never allowed to take pictures of the spectacle nor record the rubbish they taught us. There was the impartation and people would start laughing uncontrollably even at Sunday mass. You could lie on the floor, sofas, dance as the spirit lead you. The icing on the cake when one of the worship leaders, from Redding, dressed up one Christmas as an elf with pixie ears and told the kids of the birth of Jesus, which was as usual, their own version. Glad I got out there ASAP,
I have had experience with Bethel healing rooms. Those people were definitely very attuned to God and the heavens...Not every SINGLE person in this church is evil.
One of the tools of satan is to minimize the importance of the sacred. Imagining God and His Kingdom as a comedy absolutely dilutes people’s respect and awe our LORD deserves!

I think you mean "discernment", and good! You should have it, we should ALL have it! But I caution you against being so sure you'd never be deceived. You're right, with the Holy Spirit's help, we can stand firm in the truth and not be deceived. On our own, we could get sucked in if we're not careful. It's good you're paying attention and listening to the Spirit, but I just caution you to not think more highly of yourself cuz that can lead to trouble if you're not careful. As the wise philosopher and student of human nature, Han Solo, once noted, "Great going, kid! Don't get cocky!"😉
It's interesting there's no details of two "raisings of the dead" but only public coverage of Bethel's inability to resurrect baby Olive in 2019. Maybe that's because the Lord God is not a blue genie who exists to grant our decrees.

I have been attending a church that gives me an uneasy feeling. There is a bit of Charismatic activity. My husband likes the church. He said as long as we dont participate or believe the same - it doesn't matter that we attend the church. Recently, the church leaders put a large picture of a long hair "Jesus" with the word Kingdom behind the pulpit. I've beeconfused as to where this "Kingdom " reference came from until now. Jordan thank you for including this in your video.

Some of your videos have help me personally when it comes to having faith in the Lord.
There is a question that I need to be answered: the church that I currently attend focuses on preaching the Gospel through missions and have sent missionaries all over the world. They say that preaching the Gospel is mandated by Christ for everyone. Sometimes, it feels like they are pushing everyone to do missions and doing what the church considers to be spiritual training.
So I remember going to short-term missions one time at Colombia, and we tried to preach the Gospel to the people there. However, we used the sinner's prayer as part of the Gospel presentation.
Should I still attend this church if this is the case? And is my church right about what they are doing?
I really need to know since it is getting harder to discern between true and false believers even after reading and studying the bible.

We are sinless when we become repentant and we asked for forgiveness and the blood of Jesus Christ covers us. We are forgiven and we are a child of God and we are sins. But that does not mean that we are perfect in this body in this flesh because we will, still stand when we make stupid mistakes. That’s where we repentance comes back into play and we have to ask God for mercy and grace and repeat.

Hi, liked your video and agree with it for the most part! I admit, though, I could kinda see where number 7, about following Jesus as an example, would be seen as right cuz in John 13:15, it says "For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you". I could see following Jesus's example as far as how to be humble and serve each other in love and to spend time with the Father and cultivate that relationship so we can touch people's lives with the gospel, and maybe miracles happen because of prayer, but they're not the main focus. Cuz if these guys are saying that we should be like Jesus as far as divine nature or trying to stand in His place in the Godhead or in regards to divine authority, then that would be going beyond the pale. In which case, I definitely agree, STAY AWAY!!! Also, the last part of Mark 16 - if the other translations put it in parentheses, if at all, why does the King James version keep it? And I'm sure that saying stuff about drinking poison or handling snakes is pretty much metaphorical.

I have a friend that I’ve known for his basically whole life and his dad was pastor of a Megachurch in Tulsa Oklahoma and passed away and his son whom now I feel he was not biblically ready to take his dad‘s place took his dad‘s place as senior pastor of the mega church in Tulsa And he hangs around and supports and does some of the things that Bethel Church does and he also does the same thing with Joel Osteen preacher some of the things Joel Osteen preaches does some of the things that Joel Osteen does and as I’ve felt that if you associate with wolves, you’ll either be Devoured or you’ll become one and I think he slowly but surely becoming one and they sing some of the Bethel songs at the church and they sing some of the Joel Osteen Lakewood songs, and they sing some of the Hillsong songs his name is Pastor Paul Daugherty victory Church Tulsa, Oklahoma.

@philologus The passage in Col 1 you're referencing, Paul uses the word "firstborn" in terms of prominence and status. The Arians and JWs use this verse to say that the divine Son of God came into being at some point in time, thereby denying the Trinity.
Jesus was not born-again. To be born again means that one was once "born in Adam", I.e. in sin, with a sinful nature. To be born again means to be born of God, thereby adopting us as children of God. If Jesus was born again He would have been born with a sinful nature, which He wasn't, and He would have been adopted as God's Son, which He wasn't (He was always and will be forever the beloved Son of God)
