that's what I understand, flipping joke. so no phone it there's a power cut or internet down plus will need to keep hub switched on 24/7 where I turn it off when not on comp

Is this why my landline has stopped working? Not received and letter, instructions, or an adapter. Get on touch you say? Fat chance, nightmare to get through to someone

@matthewb192 still no phone. On 2 occasions Virgin said they'd send an adapter so I can use via router. Neither time has anything been sent. Not even an email to confirm its on the way.
