This was really nice to see. The last time I got a gift was in 2012, when I was faculty representative (or if you like, class rep) for second year physics at Cambridge. I don't know who gave me a lovely green paper swan. Someone in my cohort, no doubt. I never even got a card from someone outside my family, except that one time I got a Christmas card from a company I lent a lot of money to. I gave cards and gifts to people several times. Anyway, just to say that I kinda imagined feeling as if I were in Kris' shoes and getting all these gifts as signs of appreciation from all the people I helped out over the years. So it was really nice for me to watch this video.
