The pill doesn't protect you from STI. Also in my opinion, for most people I disbelieve, that they are truly capable to make a decision on permanent contraception, that they won't regret in 20-30 years. The video is entertaining.

very biased stats, btw. some natural family planning methods are just as effective as the pill, if they are followed correctly, just as the pill's efficacy depends on whether the right pills are taken on the right days. many people, in fact, get pregnant on the pill, and there are huge health risks involved with it. copper T is the most effective artificial contraceptive with little risk. just like bodybuilders pumping the bodies full of extra testosterone can cause all kinds of health issues, similarly the hormonal contraceptives pump the woman full of estrogen and/or progesterone w/ many negative consequences that are pretty common from psychiatric to cardiological.

I don't think this is a valid argument in light of the following: take note of the failure rates. Even with perfect use, no method can 100% prevent pregnancy. And this is not taking into account rape victims, etc. Unless you decide to never have sex again, there is always that chance.
