I have a question in my laptop in display section showing graphics card is amd radeon graphics and in render its shows nvidia rtx 3050 .. is this same graphics card ?

You can confirm in these 3 steps:
- Press "windows key" + "R"
- Type "dxdiag" in the popup dialogue box
- Click "Ok" and check the display 1 and display 2 to see which ones are in your laptop
