consistent frames and high quality graphics is my dream with this game. My pc runs fine with any other game except this one, even rdr2 runs better. You're living that dream
If you can run any other game well, I'd suggest wiping your config files, especially if you haven't done it after the UE5 update.

2. Open File Explorer.
3. Click the address bar at the top.
4. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
5. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.

This game uses only new cpus, so that is your problem 100%, only upgrade if you want to fix, or wait some long time, they may optimise, but doubt it :D
I just recently downloaded the game for the first time after discovering it. No lag whatsoever, not even latency.
What should I expect with an I5-13400f + Rx 7600? I'll buy this config this month
@@Doqi Ye I personally intend to do this after horde testing ends. I've noticed some dips in FPS myself since gateway and from what I understood it was SUPPOSED to be better optimized, so I had a feeling clearing the config would help improve this, glad to have it confirmed here.
I love this new area in the map, propably the best ever in the game

@@Doqithat's actually pretty good, makes mud wallowing an even greater use instead of being an impulsive urge to constantly mud wallow every crossing of it for no other particular use.
Hell I remember my Galli squad made an impulsive pit stop and a cera came outta no where, yet died in a few hits xD.

Carno deffinetly did NOT need a buff, most of you just suck ass at PvP cause you can’t work together and think it’s the best Dino, now the game will be completely broken at it will be evrima release all over again.

I normally play on unofficials and finally made my way back to officials for the ST.
The sheer difference in the caliber of skill between official players and unofficial players is insane. If it wasnt for mixpacks and megapacks most of these players would be no better than the teno ai.

Why would Carnos not need a buff? They don't have the scent range and ability to scavenge that Ceratos and Deinos do.

@@lucasmagalhaes9106 Yeah the raptors have good mobility to navigate gateway and pack hunting strategy even with the stamina nerf. I got ganked by a group of 13 raptors. Plain unlucky but I think the buff to Carno was warranted because they got shafted the hardest by the changes even worse than raptor

Will they tackle with biting actually beeing physicalized? Like when you bite another animal..... The head, mouth and teeth just run through like there is only thin air there? I tink they need to work on collisions as well.

does anyone know why the games fps goes down to like 20-30 when looking in a certain direction ? the game runs fine when not looking in the direction the fps goes to shit

@@v8hyp if it happens on the same place/direction it might be something worth reporting. If it happens also to other players (if you had someone in your group and you asked) then it's a dead giveaway that it's the map, not your pc. Having any issues on the isle my go to advise is to wipe config files to see if it helps. But since your fps only drops when looking at a certain direction it sounds more like a map issue to me

Lol, happened to me as well at a dam&lake location in jungles. Every sunset or sunrise I look at the lake my fps drops from 60 to 20 and then the game often just crashes. Prob there's something wrong with water shaders at that time, I don't know, but if I look at the same lake at day or night fps is fine

On gateway you can go up a steeper hill than on spiro. That also means you can come down a steeper hill without falling, unless you run recklessly like that teno who fell off a cliff while being chased
Carno never needed a buff, now they're way too OP and cera can't even contest them at a 2v1 ratio, at least 3 Cera's to kill a carno. Has nothing to do with skill their health pool is huge and their bite does way more dmg than cera. Doesnt ever feel like there's a reason to play cera if a full grown carno can easily 1v1 me even if I make him vomit. Etiher buff cera so both have a chance against a stego and each other or nerf carno

@@haydenbrade8563It takes ages to get stam for all adult dinos. Arguably that's how it should be if you look at most modern animals in documentaries they usually chill the fuck out after a hunt because they are exhausted.
Its a high speed sprinter its not meant too run far or long but very fast in short bursts.
What does that bar under stamina do
It seems to indicate when your charge ability is available similar to dryo's dodge but carno has only one. 0:35 you can see the bar turn slightly darker when I ram and after some time it turns back to default color, although the color different is barely noticeable

Probably but stamina related diet buffs are deactivated in this build

Faster acceleration, and techically more stam but all the other playables' stam values got adjusted aswell
