I've done this very thing several times, even did this as a full grown deino, only thing around were the babies, sat there for so long while they kept nipping at my tail trying to kill me 😂
Went back later on as almost a full grown cera just to bring a load of bullfrogs to them too since diet was scarce

Canni herra is not cool or smart, you are just basically taking advantage of the fact that other herras trust not to be pounced by other herras so they let their guard down. Those same herras you killed could easily come back and kill you 10 minutes later as juvis
Lol... Hera is so unbalanced right now. Really until they add counterplay it shouldnt even be out. Cry harder. Honestly I wish theyd remove it till they give climbing to other things too and add atleast one playable with a phenomenal matchup vs hera

@@Tina_1009 they reduced the jumping stamina by half which helps a lot. Idk if they changed climbing/running/swimming stam cost though, at least I didn't notice

17:55 It's strange that your legs don't break at that height. What kind of mutation did you use to prevent your legs from breaking when you climb that high?
Enlarged Meniscus which increases the fall distance where you take damage by 15%. You will still get knock down as you can see at 18:50 (it might be a bug)

Probably the hex since herra is hex for creatures with herra on their diet, just like omni and deino are always S, etc

@@TheHuffurby dots I meant it'll give you the three dots diet (carbs) for cannibal herrera. There aren't any visual cues for someone being a cannibal, it would be cool if there were
@@Doqi Yeah it was a bad joke about how people say gingers/redheads have no souls.
Hence the whole getting dots = freckles which is common if you have red hair. Seemed fitting since being a cannibal and killing your fellow unsuspecting Herreras is what a soulless monster would do.
....would be funny if the devs did add some red "hair" to cannibals though!

@@raginromans Only certain species like Herrera, Deino and Beipia can see underwater. Since you're talking about the version, you're talking about Evrima branch, right? (Cuz if you're not then you have to switch beta branches in steam properties)

how to unlock canibalistic mutation ? just need some of your own species?
@@SoW-CE you have to eat a certain amount of your own species and maybe wait until the debuffs disappear. It can be only unlocked on the 2nd mutation slot

@@tt.60fps59 that's what I've heard and I've tried it on the 1st slot. It just automatically put it on 2nd and I wasn't able select anything on the 1st

I have 1000 hours in this game but I quit before the Herra came. It looks like the most satisfying kill but also the more infuriating way to die.

Traitor! J/K. Good pvp video, I enjoyed it. Remember that you can still specifically target the head while jumping/pouncing. They might have reduced the damage somewhat since I last paid attention but I've seen a full health Dilo get one shot on another CZcamsr's video a while ago from a Herrera head pounce.

yes but it's not so unrealistic to the point that its bad, its just unrealistic enough to be FUN
kinda unfair to be able to one shot something like that too, should reduce the damage and add a slow debuff to the victim and make the herra work a bit harder for it.

@@msouljato counter herra you need to just move like one step and the herra completely misses and it only one shots herras and anything smaller than Utah from normal top hight I think (without leg break)
