I drove across the tunnel and bridge a few weeks ago,very impressive.It was some undertaking to link the two countries.I had looked at this video some time ago and knew what to expect.

El túnel en sí tiene una longitud de 4.050 metros, y parte de Dinamarca hasta llegar a la península artificial de Kastrup, que es lo que vez cuando el tren se zambulle bajo tierra, y luego sale a la superficie por la isla artificial que mide 4,055 metros que finaliza justo cuando inicias el recorrido en el puente alto (1,092 metros) es que estas en el límite internacional y tiene unos 7.845 metros más de recorrido hasta Suecia. Se trata de hecho del puente mixto (para vehículos y ferrocarril) el más largo de Europa ya que une los 16 kilómetros que separan ambos países. El puente pesa un total de 82.000 toneladas. De hecho, el tren va por debajo de la carretera de autos. Ever been stayed in Malmo for 3 weeks. Small town but clean environment. Landed in Copenhagen n used fast n comfortable train to Malmo.
