Great topic and video too. I buy stocks for different reasons. Some to hold onto forever. Others for a quick profit or just to hedge against inflation, spread my money across. I'd appreciate tips on best stocks for dividend income amidst a crash/recession, thanks.

@@selenajack2036 I've shuffled through portfolio coaches and personally, Eleanor Annette Eckhaus turned out to be best, you must have come across her before on the blog. I haven't met anyone with as much conviction and her fees in comparison to my portfolio outcome is very cheap.

Hi Akshat thanks for the video. I understand your thought process regarding D Mart, but isn't that already expensive right now, at the 3800 level. For a long time it was consolidated at 3300 levels which was an attractive time to create positions.

Akshat excellent analysis of hdfc bank, Dmart and page industries from macro, fundamental and technical view. But regarding hdfc bank after merger of hdfc and hdfc bank most FII 's will have to cut exposure to hdfc bank as they might hit their per stock exposure limit and to account for new inclusion while removing hdfc from nifty. When they start doing that hdfc bank may perhaps go down further. That may be the time to buy it. Ultimately demand and supply will play out to determine the price. Perhaps you missed out on this point.

Thanks for the informative video, as always. With due respect, I think the chart of page industries is showing head and shoulder pattern and it is on the verge of break down. If it closes below 36400 for 2 days, it will get confirmed. My view. May be wrong

I don't think so.. there is much impact on any of the major IT company.. I can see everywhere hiring...
