In my opinion Gillete,Page and Honeywell are extremely well poised. Stocks that completely baffle me are BCG and Sportking.I was very frustrated with my holding in Varun till it went up 125% in under 1 year.

I have generally observed that new ipo stocks like Manyavar already tap the market hall at high valuations and then these stocks inspite of growth don’t perform well for few years. Long term story may be intact by this stock may give real good returns only after a few years when the PE and valuation normalises

Hi Akshit, I disagree over investing in HDFC AMC for the following reasons. Please have a look at A. Static top line for past 5 years. B. Falling OPM %. C. Static PAT for the past 4 years. D. Falling EPS in the past 6 years. E. Even with the fall in share price, the PEG > 1. F. Promoter holding too has fallen.

@jack palmer I'll suggest you create a diversification strategy because building a good financial-portfolio has been more complex since covid. Hi Akshat, I would like to defer on your view point regarding HUL, increasing their product price by 25% which according to me should not only mean that their profit is up by 25% as there are many factors behind price increase ie. Increase in input cost, Marketing cost and other variable factors. Would like to hear your comments….

it's about wheat price their main input raw material which is at sky high price
Delivery business has always been the main focus of Domino's. A few years ago they were the largest online option for the Indian public. But nowadays they are facing tough competition from Swiggy and Zomato.
Today they're just another option for food delivery.
So in my opinion the stock is witnessing a permanent downward PE re-rating.
@@shubhammishraq as much as i understand fudamentals of jubiliant their sales till december 2022 has consistently increased but their profit have decreased, this is primarly because they were not able pass the inflation to the customers as that of HUL.
As the inflation problem will be solved their profit will automatically increase

HUL royalty to the parent company is going up for the next 2-3 years and it is going to impact it's profitability and margins. Sales will grow but profit growth will not be proportional to sales growth
For the same reason, i stopped adding HUL in portfolio..

Manyavar has very limited range of good outfits. Compared to that localized ethnic shops has much more range. Anybody looking for wedding shopping would be disappointed at their limited range. With this don’t think they would be able to beat the competitors with just good branding

Many local brands such as Jaihind in Pune are offering much better quality and more economic price points ....
Manyvar advertisement are in the movie hall but not in much other space...with OTT in hand ...this is not going to create an impact....
Instead of a one time purchase of Manywar now, educated (by consultants like Rachana, Pankaj, Prateek and you) ...will opt to buy multiple shares of below 100₹ and may target to run an outlet of Manywar if it flourishes in future... Or will pick the stock when it starts a pick-up...

Tab hi to kehte hain ki suno sabki aur karo mann ki. Don't hatch all your eggs in the same basket. Don't invest aggressively in any of the stock, bhale hi koi kitna bhi recommend kare. Start with 5-8-10k maximum in any stock and try to catch it at it's support levels, never buy when they are at higher levels. Good luck!!
Also average in a very small quantities only when they fall considerably, don't compromise with fundamentals of a company.
Rest patience and waiting is the key in the stock market. Once it start to move, try to book partial or 70% profit so that you are able to recover your principal. Compounding money is not a small thing, it takes years of patience and right time of buying and selling.
