That’s cause Micah from chapter 1 to late chapter 3 was actually a neutral character (he was racist and violent tho), he felt like Red Dead 2’s version of Trevor up until he got Sean killed and effectively mocked Arthur for it. I actually liked his character up until that point, and we all despised him by chapter 5

They could have given him some more actual depth and a character arc to utilize his badassery. Instead of being a badass outlaw, he's made a total punching bag because now he's just a "rat".
Something about the way he aggressively walks to each interaction and then slows down to listen like he has an extreme need for the attention makes it pretty funny.

To staying at camp listening to the interactions at night time whilst enjoying a nice beer and sitting down around the camp fire. Absolute immersive masterpiece of a game in chapter 2
