Especially with intake and exhaust modifications, make sure to pay attention to which engine version you have (DE, DE rev up, HR) as there are subtle differences in the different components of the exhaust system, so you can pick the right mods for your 350Z. If you are unsure of which engine type you have, there are several great videos on CZcams explaining the three different 350Z engine types.

This channel is super underrated
Thank you! Really appreciate that.
You have very high qualith videos that you put a lot of effort into! I will tell my friends about your channel!
@@faxoe4748 We do work pretty hard on them, thanks for noticing and spreading the word!
New favorite channel!
I've been looking at getting a 350z for some time now, and this video really helped me in figuring out what are my options to make some sweet noises! Keep up the good work!
Thank you, and we will!!!
Hi I don’t know if you got a Z yet but on mine I have high flow cats Cobra Y pipe and ISR Blast pipe , it truly sounds almost exactly the same as a Tomei which at the time were unavailable, and a fraction of the price
i went with Z1 Highflow cats, Z1 Y Pipe, ISR GT Single Exit and it sounds pretty nice. Doesn't sound like a trombone at all which is perfect for me. Not loud at all either
I just bought from you guys, hella excited 😮💨
Nice, thank you! Much appreciated!
Motordyne is the way to go for me honestly. No rasp, no drone.
These videos seem to be for children. Mommys and daddys won't pay the extra money for better stuff like Motordyne.
@@jasongotshadowbanned Or maybe some people can’t afford or need expensive parts
@@muffinsgotswag3048 it's not that hard to save money!

You should make a video for best combos
Personally i think Z1 motorsports single exit catback should have definitely been on that list dyno’d at 25 whp more then stock with mspec intake and exhaust, plus it sounds so good and crist
Yo is the z1 single exit droney or anything to you or no
No drone or rasp, its similar to tomei just not has refined
Nice color z
3 Top Mods are as follows. 1. Engine Swap. 2. Motor Swap. 3. Swap the heart of the car with a better heart

?
Not with this motor
ppe long tubes and injen performance exhaust!
I currently have the tomei dual exit cat back exhaust system and I’m looking at getting the tomei headers but it still undecided on the cats and not sure what to get.
Hi Alex please what part of my exhaust do I need to change to get very best sound and fire gaz from my exhaust? I’m having the 350z HR 2007.
Looking forward to read from you. Thanks
Motordyne is The Best Exhaust no ifs ands or buts
I got tomei I’m looking for tomei headers to go along with but can’t get the test pipes due to cost what do you recommend
I have a 350z DE I have a tomei catback, I want to change the Y pipes because they look old, what combo brand should I get ?
What’s the best to pair with invidia exhaust?
do the berks need to be welded or can they be bolted in? I don’t want to permanently mod my car
Can I ask what kind of bumper on this z ?
Just bought a invidia N1 catback was looking debating of should i stay with stock cats or get high flow cats? Also is the Y pipe something that should be changed or left stock as well?
If you don't have headers already, we recommend those, will be your biggest bang for the buck (Give us a call, we'll give you a deal on the set of Borla headers we have in stock). Can keep your stock cat, but a high flow cat will produce better flow and power. The Y-pipe wont make any major difference, but can help change the tone a little bit.
ISR is not in your product links. what's up with that?
Kinda new to upgrading things on cars but is this compatible? PPE Long tube headers+ Berk Test pipes+Borla S-type cat back exhaust?
Long tube headers replace the test pipes. It's like one piece that's Headers and test pipes. So, you would go PPE long tube > Y-pipe > Catback. If you get regular headers it'll go Headers > Cat/test-pipe > Y-pipe > Catback.
I've been struggling to decide what I want to go with. Love the Borla sound but I've never heard it in person, and I'm worried it will be quieter than stock. I want to be a little louder than stock, but nothing that's going to irritate people when I drive through the neighborhood. Is Invidia N1 loud/raspy?
None of these are quieter than stock. Just the invidia cat back won’t be raspy. Eliminating the cats will make things in danger of getting raspy.
@@Motoroso Word, thanks! I'll probably go with the Invidia and keep my cat. Great video

Motoroso Whats the best set up to have a deep beefy sound and not having it sound like a trombone and also gain the most hp out of it?
If you’re not wanting too loud and raspy, but still good performance gains, we’d recommend Borla headers, keep stock cats or go with a resonated test pipe (do not go open test pipes), and then a Borla true dual s-type. This combo will yield HP gains, and should keep the volume modest and raspy-ness low. Magnaflow would also be another cat-back option that keeps the sound tight.

@@Motoroso thanks a lot!
(And g35)
every time i watch your videos i go to your website and look at your parts as im checking out i look at my wallet and see cobwebs.... hopefully soon i can afford some BC coils and borla exhaust
Hey, some of that might be due to the fact that lots of things are out of stock industry-wide, the fallout from C19 is hitting the industry hard. But if there’s things you’re looking for, call us at 833.MOTOROSO or live chat on Motoroso.com during our business hours and we’ll be happy to help hunt things down, or get lead times and facilitate special orders!
@@Motoroso definitely will do due to a Christmas bonus and buying my first 350z.
@@atmyboilingpoint2236 congrats on the new whip! The BC coilovers should be in stock, and Borla lead times are about 6-7 weeks last time I checked. But let us know!
I got motordyne art pipes with tomei y pipe and tomei expreme TI
The art pipes replaces headers?
@@dynzeilbrown9434 no they replace the secondary cats.
So after installing the test pipes do I tune my 350z ?
Not required but if you change out your headers yes
Headers not worth the pain for 5Hp
