I really love the kitchen and the option of a dishwasher and washer/dryer space lots of counter space bathroom well design as well great build thank you for the tour
Make stairs a little less steep so my dog can get up & down, leave out extra counter/desk so I have room for a couch since most people don't just stand in the middle of their houses. Awesome house, I just don't understand why so many tiny house builders leave out a living space. That's where you spend most of your time.
We build all our houses to our customers specifications, so we can do virtually whatever you'd like!
Great video guys! The set up, the edit, the music.. WAY TO GO! Don't pay attention to the 'Bosse' up there and his comments. Thumbs up!
Very nice kitchen.
Nice! I love the purity of the white.
Thank you :)
What a lovely home! I'm so impressed with all your builds. It's amazing how you put so much storage in one. If I can convince my husband to go tiny, I would love to buy one from Tiny Mountain Houses!
+Shizuka Fung That's so great to hear! Thank you very much for the kind words :) It can be a little difficult to convince the husbands to do so, but nothing a little time can't fix haha. Call us or email if you have any questions, thank you! :)
I want this house!!! It's perfect for me!!
I absolutely love it
This is the layout I've been looking for. Was thinking about double french doors leading out to a fold up deck between the stairs and bathroom. In which case you can move the stove to where the door presently is and have a larger refrigerator. Without removing the w/d. Yes, I'd like a little more living space, but having the french doors may help.
Love the kitchen area layout is perfect ! The size is perfect also
Agreed!
I LOVE this house! I would make a few slight changes to fit our needs with young kids but other than that its awesome!
Changes are absolutely what we love doing!
Living room is must
Awesome! I loved it!
I would have to make that second loft the hangout area. just throw some huge pillows and bean bags up there and a tv. it would be comfy and cozy up there.
Great work!
+Eric Gossick Thanks a lot Eric!
this is so beautiful!!!!!! love the white bead board, most of the tiny homes have so much natural wood they resemble a sauna!! and that kitchen!!!! you can really cook in that!!!! how much is the price of this custom home, and could you make the ladder fit into the closet when not in use?
Climbing the Ladder for bed and the Price of these Tiny Houses makes Me say NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Having looked at many dozens of THs and done a lot of my own remodeling & customizing, I would first say that this looks very nice and clean. Nonetheless, I would customize differently...is there a way to do this in less than totally finished manner. For example,I wonder how easy it would be for a DIY to come in & work on anything (would need plans for plumbing and electric in hand)? My specifics would be that I see a fair amount of "void" space (with beadboard over) that could be used as plant & trinket cut-outs, &/or inset lighting or photo boxes. Next, regarding the "living space" issue...did the custom-build require that desk/table next to the kitchen to be "fixed"? One thing most TH's have is adaptable table/desk and/or sofa/into sleep conversions that are built in. Using standard furniture tends to waste space. Those who question whether folks live in this should take a nice tour of tent and cardboard cities to see how our over consumption and overbuilding has impoverished huge numbers of people...why NOT live like this?
very nice
I would have a better handle to grab on and I would had design the kitchen in the middle to be able to have a living area.
Thanks Maryann! :)
no hanging space and no living room space other than that beautiful
What's the square footage of this model?
+Whitney C Hey Whitney! Sorry for the delayed response. This is our 25' version of the Lassen Peak and is 340. The standard 24' Lassen Peak is a total of 325 sq ft.
Where's the living room area?
We custom built this house and the customer didn't need a living area.
its well designed , and pretty but no hanging space and no sitting space , but I guess that's coz they had the table built in , guess they can slob on the bed , how ever I think I personally would want a sofa , but then its not mine lololol
What’s the price for something like this
This place has lovely finishes. I adore cooking but this kitchen takes up too much space for 2 hours/day spent cooking. Design would be better with more space for living.
I love cooking too. But that kitchen is SO unfunctional for the rest of the house it hurts.
very nice but not enough time spent showing the master loft.
Thanks Kerry. We'll keep that in mind.
Where's the living room ?
How much does this one run ?
+Kathleen O'Donnell hey Kathleen, I see you are interested in pricing on a couple models, please give us a call :)
WHERE'S THE LIVING ROOM AND COUCH? NO PLACE TO RELAX AND HANG OUT ON 1ST FLOOR.
I didnt see a living room
No living area???

Horrible noisy "music" makes it impossible to watch. ....why would you torture your viewers like this? .....I don't get it. ....should you not try to make it an enjoyable experience for all?
+Tiny Mountain Houses Also this video has over 200 views in less than 10 hours, seems like people are enjoying the video and the very little music to some extent, we hope you watch! Thanks bud.
I didn't find the music overbearing at all, quite the opposite actually. Thank you for heightening my viewing experience!
+TheNpeezle Thanks for the awesome feedback!
Turn off your sound! Simple fix...do you really need an explanation of what a sink, toilet and stairs are for?
