- A young man walks into his first class as a university student wearing a red and yellow flowered shirt, green trousers and a yellow jacket. He was out of place far, from what was familiar. Tim Kipchumba shares his journey from a village boy to co-founding a globally acclaimed business thanks to his drive and passion but also largely due to the generosity of strangers that he has met along his journey. What kind of stranger are you?

I like the way she remembers all the people who touched his life is priceless.😄
What an authentic story! What kind of stranger are you? Are you making meaningful encounters with the people you meet is the main takeaway! Well articulated. Thank you for sharing Kip!
Never heard this part of your story Tim,yet it confirms to me what a great guy you are as per what my dad told me.(he was part of your amazing campaign team,EMC senator seat).
What a story and yet what a delivery👏👏👏
The kind of stories that validate everyone’s dream, irrespective of the current status! I am very inspired!
Kip, thanks for opening your life and accepting to be vulnerable! Oh and the humorous way you give the story 😂😂
I love your confidence, your story telling skills and the aspect of culture shock in the city is relatable...your memory is top notch 📌
What a handsome human with a very touching story, well narrated.
Wow Tim kipchumba .. I remember you from day one at strathmore. Surprisingly you were such a hard worker full of determination that no one could tell you were going through trauma.
... and you had good friends akina kipsang na kochei.
Thank you for sharing your story.
I have never redone a talk but this one I had to .love it love it love it ...thanks kipchumba .even the accent is dope
I chose to be a great stranger
I love this Tim Kipchumba!
The story is quite relatable!
Culture Shock hit me in Nairobi School when I joined form one. Amid the ridicule due to 'ushamba' and mother tongue influence, my performance became an 'antidote' and on strangers helping out, it is a whole book in the making!
We need more of these stories told. There's many people both young and not so young who need relatable inspiration! Well done for overcoming the odds.

Watching over and over!!
What a fantastically impactful talk! Very deep and profound. Very stirring to action! What kind of stranger are you that provides the antidote to poverty that is love? We are vessels of love indeed and it costs us nothing to pass on the love to strangers. To everyone actually. That 'luck' is blessings. Where Tim says 'luck' we chisel it into 'blessings'. Great inspiration from him!
Very encouraging. Fabulous story. You ll go far!
