Excellent topic! I do spurge on fractional vintage silver but stay away from generics. Yes, views are down- I noticed as well. I will say your videos average better views than a lot of us posting, so that is something very good for your channel👍👍
Views will likely stay low, until some kind of traction kicks in. At this point, breaking the $30 resistance threshold would probably cause a selling frenzy! 🤣
Great video. Thanks so much for the mention. Hardcore stacker should still with the most boring lowest premium stuff out there, that is liquid. The other pieces are nice to have for fun. But, not to stack.
I consider myself a true stacker. The only high premium pieces that I have purchased so far, is a couple of cook Islands $30 denominated cylindrical kilo bars. Great video dude thank you.

Great video! That 2017 225th Liberty Anniversary set is a straight sleeper. Coins from all 4 mints and different finishes from each one. Hands down one of the best eagle designs. I don't know why its not more popular. Can't even find a good video on CZcams about em exclusively. I hope people stay sleep because as long as you can still buy them for 20 to 40 bucks more than when they were released, that sub 40k mintage is going to do numbers in the future 😂.
@@SilverGoldStackAttack sub 40 is very accurate. The 4 medal sets had a limited mintage of 40k. The mint didn't reach the sales so I believe they stopped at around 36-38k. You can fact check me but I am pretty sure on this one.
@@SilverGoldStackAttack Correction yes they approved total mintage limit of 50k, as of January 2019, they sold 32,588. So maybe because the demand wasn't there they lowered it but I haven't found any numbers that for sure say that more than 40k was ever made. I'm pretty sure by 2019 they stop selling them so whatever they made from that point was it. I highly doubt it reached 50k or probably even 40K for that matter
@@SilverGoldStackAttackCZcamsr silver wolverine released a video about 6 months ago about the Liberty medal mintages. It's information directly from the mint so it's pretty accurate
I bought that same Liberty set on the secondary market. I love the design so much, that I over paid. I was happy to over-pay vs dealing with the US Mint. I'll never buy from them again.
Yeah. I didn’t mention them by name, but they kinda fall under the premium/limited bar title that I spoke of. I could’ve clarified that a bit. Those definitely aren’t in a basic stacker’s wheelhouse! Thanks for watching!
Too kind! Yeah, the Kiss round was kind of a must-have. I was in awe of them as an 80’s kid, and their longevity was amazing. Wanted to have something that celebrated their 50 years and final tour!
I’m a big fan of most coins from the Perth mint. The Kookaburra coins are beautiful. I’ve collected to many of them. I saw your coins you bought from Lou in your last two videos. Really beautiful high relief stuff is a treat you’re self purchase.l bought a 1/2 ounce slabbed MS 69 gold eagle. I really don’t buy much slabs. Lou was low on inventory after Christmas for fractional gold. He reduced the price for me being a loyal customer. I believe that slab would help me on the sale price l would get when l sell it. The condition of the coin would be perfect.I like liquid coins, at my age. Harry’s coin shop from Silver dragons dropped a video today. Harry’s son Tall man Richard had a great statement, Just Buy What you Like . My sentiments exactly!! Keep stacking!!! 👍
I love Perth Mint’s stuff! The Kooks are a beautiful set, and they knock it out of the park each year. Yeah, Lou gave me a fantastic price on the Liberty set. Once I saw it, I definitely wanted it, despite the price per ounce. Like you said…sometimes, you just have to buy something you like! 🤘
First time viewer btw. Well, I thought I was going to get a well deserved beat down since I have so many regrets for some of the stuff I've stacked. But, I never heard of those first two items and I don't own anything with paint on it. I wanted so bad to buy a Fender Strat made of silver. I think it was 2oz, but it may have been 1oz and it was $125 and all I would do with it was hang it from my mirror. I don't even play guitar anymore. Talked myself out of it. I have a bunch of Germania Mint bars of various sizes. I think I got a decent premium, but a lot are in grams and I'm done with metric bars. What a hassle. All said, if I had it to do over it would be sovereign coins on sale with an emphasis on Maple Leafs and ASEs (sounds weird, but Maple Leaf monster boxes are the best for storing. Very compact), buffalo rounds, and I would buy quantities of 5 or 10oz bars if they came in some efficient packaging. Space is a factor going forward. For that reason, I am not opposed to 100oz bars. There are some beautiful ones out there. Nadir, Germania, and Asahi are all really nice. I wouldn't pay a dime extra for RCM. What a waste. Right now, or recently, I could get generic 100oz bars for .50 over. I'll check out more of your videos. I haven't been watching a lot of silver content, not because silver is doing nothing price wise. I'm just not learning anything anymore. I made all the mistakes and that is the best teacher for me LOL Oh, I did buy a sheet of gold grams. And I did buy some fractional silver rounds. Yes, they do look fake. Just buy 90%.
FANTASTIC post! Thanks so much for sharing and watching! Maples are actually my gov-backed stacker of choice, but I went back to Eagles when the premium dropped.
Right there with you brother 👍👍👍. I really liked how you called out some channels and lifted out one! I still stack what I like and the rest to later sell. Great vid man 👍👍👍🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
This advice (non finacial advice) seems like a perspective of someone only buying online. Not saying you but who you are describing. My bullion dealers I use (two local) sell all silver more or less at same price ounce, so i can buy almost all those items at roughly the same low premium. Doesnt matter if it is painted pacman, 1oz 5oz or 10oz bar or a kilo, gram rounds which they would probably sell at spot or 1oz rounds. Its all fairly low, heck, one guy even sells Engelhard bars as generic. Only exception is eagles still carry their own premium. So my perspective would be, stack whatever as long as its low premium and if you shop local its all available at low premium. Cause the dudes you are describing already bought it and sold it at a loss to the local dealer. Always enjoy your videos. SEMPER FI STACK OR DIE! - 🍻🐟
It does have good features, but most consider it to be a basic, generic bar. I don't know the exact reason, but that's just the way it's perceived by many. My LCS offers these barely above spot. They're great for adding weight, for sure.

I guess what I'm trying to say, I think a lot of people find it hard to make videos about new information... I have definitely quit watching a lot of channels... gets boring after awhile!
Yeah, there are a lot of channels, so there’s a good chance topics are just being rehashed over and again. I try to at least come up with something informative, if nothing else. I’ve never done unboxing vids, that’s for sure! 😁 Another aspect: The economy has been tough on some, so their expendable income for metals might not exist as much anymore. That could also lead to a lack of interest.

Definitely started out only stacking for weight, stacking generics, constitutional and some sovereigns for the first few years but started getting some collectable pieces to flip to increase the stack.
