So that includes Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Romania as well as the North, Central and South American countries that speak Spanish and Portuguese. Salma is Latin American and Penelope is Latin and European. The only ones who doesn’t seem to know this by now are the people from the US, who use the word Latino to talk just about Latin Americans and Hispanic to refer to someone’s race or color of their face, when in reality that only means that the person speaks Spanish.
