Download was epic. Wasn't bothered by the heat, always got water, had a blast! Only downside was the wait to get onto site but other than that, no complaints!

We were caught in the traffic chaos on Wednesday 😭. We left IOW on the 8:30am Ferry and finally got into west car park at 1:30 am on Thursday. We had a great time though. Awesome vlog 💜

We arrived at 9.45 at night to accessible camp because of the traffic on the A42, and then they closed the road so we had to go round 🙈 it was a bit of a nightmare. Not as bad as our friends in camper van who didn’t arrive until 12.30! We left at 10am from the same place, should of been a 2.5 hour drive. Still had an amazing weekend!!! Love the video 😁😁

We were arriving at half eleven at night because we queued for nearly nine hours coming the J23A way on the M1 😂
I realised all these issues after that first night. So sorry for all of you that suffered so much getting into the festival that day! 😢😅

I am not sure you meant with the comment about Metallica only playing new stuff on Thursday night. Only 3 songs came of the new album and 1 song off Death Magnetic. Everything else was old stuff.
Yeah I realised that when I was back at camp and heard nothing else matters and master of puppets. Safe to say I was kicking myself!

Walked back from Doghouse at 1.30 past what looked like refugees..having to traipse all the way across to quiet from North..Ended up moving our gazebo a bit at 2am to let two Scottish lads in that had been stuck on a coach from London for 9 hours. Great blog though🤘
