That Charles Trippy moment is actually amazing! The guy has been through hell and I remember watching a video years back of him having his brain tumour removed. The fact he can still play guitar and never let something like that diminish him is incredible.
Was so cool to meet Rob and Jake on the Saturday, both super friendly even though I was a bit nervous! Seeing myself in this video has made me so giddy 😂
To say its ym@6 last ever festival its a shame that over two days you didnt see them at all. They might not be the most exciting but youve watched them grow and had interactions with them over the years. Seems a shame to miss their last big shows. I get you guys were tired but its a shame as so many people had a great time this year. Love you guys and will always support the channel, just feel this video missed out a little.

I work for a Audio company that specialises in Big sound systems..and a good formula to getting the volume right is to try and have 100w per person.. so just calculate how many people your playing to and x 100w. you'll soon realise why big stages have huge speaker stacks.

Onward to 200k! You may want to think about some CZcams shorts, the amount of new channels I find that way is mental.

I don't get all the negativity you guys are getting on this one. You're just a bunch of mates going to a festival for the genuine experience, reality is you're not always going to have a great time, sometimes humans get burnt out, or don't enjoy something. Thing is, if you guys had gone in and faked having a great time, the same numpties calling you out for being 'boring' or 'entitled' for genuinely not enjoying yourself as much, would be calling you out for faking the energy and not being real. 🤷♂️ You can't win sometimes. Banter is one thing, but actually getting upset, because you don't pretend to have a good time when you aren't feels weird to me. Keep doing what you do. Out of interest, what would be a good festival lineup for you lads? Cant help but feel you say the lineups bad in every video. Not a dig at anyone, just genuinely curious.
It’s always subjective and we have some amazing lineups over the next few weeks. Inherently, leading with YMAS as this events ‘special headliner’ really kneecapped and limited the potential for other, bigger bands like we’ve had in previous years. I think that’s the issue. There’s lots of lineups we don’t like, but they aren’t necessary BAD. I think this one however, was bad.
Love the TPD crew and all the ace content but ffs, moaning about the line-up several times, but they only watch the same few bands every bastard time. 2 days of slam dunk and watch all the same shit. The Ghost Inside, I Prevail and the Blackout playing their best album in full, doesn't gets a look in. Come on squad not suprised everyones bored 😂 book some good bands 😂😂

This is a very rare example of a festival we’ve probably not wanted to go to tbh. We’d generally never go to an event we didn’t want to, especially when there’s so many festys to choose from! But, that said, gotta keep the lights on 💡
Honestly lads I might be alone in thinking this, but stop going to these smaller festivals that you know you won’t enjoy just to pump out a video. Use that 530 quid you spent to get down to Hatfield on making quality content aside from the festival stuff. I know it’s about promoting smaller festivals, but when you’re going home early I think we would prefer to see that money go towards something like a route 66 video later down the line.
