The meal would have been a success had the rest of that roly poly ever turned up! It wasn't even April Fools day man! Having said that, I expected you'd be telling us that it would be more expensive than £30 a head and you can't argue with the location and the views of St James's. I'd have gone for Helen's choice of topside, looked bloody lovely.

I've only Tried Shearers bar for Sunday lunches, and you can't beat them .Use them often but didn't realise the club did sunday lunches inside the ground .So, thanks for the video. May give it try sometime .
The main dinner looked spot on I'm with you about the custard definitely need more I've not been to a match since Kevin keegan farewell match against Liverpool back in the 90s Arthur Cox Black and white Army only cost £1.50 to get in atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍
Can Highly recommend The Magpie Lounge Sunday Meal Superb :) My Husband organised My Surprise 50th( 2012 )Birthday Lunch . My whole family were there waiting all the way from Dundee :):) Newcastle my most favourite place in the whole world :)

Under Hall &Shepherd the hospitality was brilliant .. Had a birthday in the gallowgate club and friends still comment on the quality of the food . Did you day Sunday or 'Sundaerland' lunches? 😂 (Bad pun) I can't even visit my local Wetherspoons in Gateshead without saying, "How much is that now?" 😱 They previously had job fairs in that very same room at St. James' Park.
I used to work for the club (nufc & then Sodexo after Ashley took over) for 21yrs up until 2022. We used to do Sunday lunch every single Sunday, and get 200+ guest's. It then went down to once a month, & now it's only on special occasions (Christmas, Mother's & Father's day etc) You can request a pitch view on booking A small ground tour used to be included in the price, but it got knocked on the head

I’ve never been to Newcastle but I really want to. I’m waiting for Blackpool to get back into the Premier League 😅😂. I went to anfield when we beat them in premier. And I went stadium of light when we played Sunderland In league one.

There used to be a Michelin starred restaurant in that corner of the stadium, back in the late 90s/early 2000s when the Leazes Stand was extended.
