Outstanding vlog. You explain it all intelligently and its an enjoyable. The deals you make are as if world leaders are engaging in how to solve world peace or at the very least a way to connect countries through pipelines. Its like a chess match with the winner getting a trout, mahomes and a messi. Always a notch above the others in your videos. Looking forward to your next one as usual.

Great move to get the trae young. Unsure why you would give it away for a silver Zion tho. Would have held the trae unless you are selling the zion?

No one is looking to spend 10k on a Trae right now. And for being a big chunk of my inventory I’d rather have something liquid rather than holding for several months

Agreed, that was a really bad move. He came up on a unique trae young rookie card for a bunch of garbage and then he just threw that gem away. The guy he traded it to must be jumping for joy right now lol

I think Trae prices go up more on preseason hype than Zion. He took his team to the finals in his first appearance. What are the Pelicans doing to get better?

I agree with a lot of you points on your trade here. I believe Zion generates more excitement with his game which will help his prices hit more “hype” peaks then Trae. As a subscriber to your channel -which is great btw- I know your have excellent knowledge within the hobby. With that I do take issue with how you articulated that need for Trae to up his game a little for his prices to see some increases. He is a 3rd year point gaurd that was runner up ROY. Averaging 25+ ppg and 9 ast (as a point gaurd) over the last two seasons and helped a seemingly non playoff contender to within 1 game of the NBA finals losing to the would be NBA champs? If that’s not playing “well” then the metric in the hobby for valuing cards is way broken imo.
Not sure why there is a line through “which is great btw”. Had a hyphen on each side so maybe that did it. Anyways keep up the good work and content.

Who is the kid who traded/sold you the Zion in the beginning? I feel like I have seen him a lot lately! Very cool to see someone so young so high up in the food chain of card collecting, that’s a great sign of the future of our “hobby”.
I hate when the slab is all scratched and scuffed. That stroppy brat kid at the beginning didn't look after it. I'd have knocked at least another 200 off value for such a scratched slab
