I agree. Their victims don't get a second chance at life. Why should the murderer? They get a chance to enjoy the very thing they took from someone else? It's mind boggling to me how this could be ok with any sane person. Free room and board, health care, counseling and an education all courtesy of the taxpayers. Then let out to try it again.
