    I always add chia and flaxseed to overnight oats ,also if you have had breast cancer it's best to cut out as much Dairy products, as these contain hormones so I use oat milks and plant based protein powders , thanks for your time x

    you say coffee causes recurrence? how is that - please explain

    • @amya9597
      @amya9597 Před 9 měsíci +2

      I would like to know this as well. I have Dr. William Li’s book, “Eat to beat disease.” It states that coffee beans contain polyphenols that trigger beneficial DNA functions. He also notes that scientists at the University of South Carolina documented these effects in the lab that shows the polyphenols changed the cancer cells so that tumor suppressors in their DNA were unleashed, thwarting the ability for cancers to grow.

    Can food really prevent cancer? I'm personally a healthy person, don't eat sugar and ONLY eat whole food. BUT...to say eating a certain food PREVENTS cancer...with that statement I could say my aunt, who is 82 and never been seriously ill prevents cancer by eating ultra processed food, drinking 2-3 glasses of wine pretty much daily, eats refined carbs and cooks with crappy oils, and never exercises...which is all true..so...

    Not sure about your use of cow's milk powders. Most breast cancers, 80% are estrogen based and cow's milk is extremely high in estrogen. Soya is a far better choice because plant estrogen blocks the receptors for animal estrogen reducing the risk of breast cancer.
