The car is unstable because your tyres are ice cold
Maybe you should not drive into the pit exit lane if you don't want to get a invalid lap time.

try moving the weight/ballast to the rear of the car to stop the oversteer into the corners but not to much because you will lose time on the straights

You're crossing the pit exit line which gives you more momentum into turn one. Don't know for what other reason it could be invalidated.

I' ve increased rear camber and decreased front to avoid spinning in corners. Default setup has too much understeer.
If you were paying attention then you would see WHEN you were penalised and had your time deleted. And usually when your are punished this way, it deletes your lap time AND the time of the following lap for some reason. I think it does that just to make sure you aren't penalised on the final corner of a track doing something that might give you a faster lap time for the next lap because you get into the final straight better or something?

11:40 it dose not seem to matter how good your qualifying lap in career mode is, if you skip to the end the AI cars will go faster than you, ive tested this a few times.
i started my Formula Rockie with the ASIA tracks, the last track was in snow and it was absolutely impossible to drive fast even with tc and stability turned on. dont get me wrong, i love this game, just a few bugs here and there
Nah if your time is fast enough you will stay in the same place you qualified. Just have to get into the habit of shaving off every hundredth of a second.
i dont agree with that, for example the AI do a 1:10 and i do a 1:07 in Q, i skip to the end and all of a sudden the AI has done a 1:03 but in the race the go no faster than 1:10 and if i repeat the same thing only this time i dont skip to the end they only get a 1:10 in Q, pretty sure its a glitch.

In the 2nd qualifying, I think your laps were being deleted cause you were crossing over into the pit exit

I went karts, straight away. But not enjoyed them much due to them being made of paper. At least where the cones are concerned.
I start almost every race with a "severe damage" warning on the screen before I even touch the controls, and just grazing a cone will make you lose at least one wheel. And I finally gave up with karts because I was running a great race, managed to avoid the cones and not touched any other karts, so I was in first place with no damage (but a severe damage warning still on screen), and then suddenly, on the final straight on the penultimate lap, both of my back wheels just went flying down the track, somehow overtaking me in a split second and bouncing down that final straight ahead of me.
At that point I gave up on the karts and might go back if they patch them
