      @chemapg Před 7 měsíci +2

      @@SnapSite Quite a bit. I had my hesitations at the beginning of the year because it had some glitches and I was missing some functionalities. But now is much more reliable and the custom automations are making a big difference. I don't have to rely on other platforms for that. I use it for different businesses as it's quite flexible for appointment bookings.

      Yes there is a group booking feature where you can set the max participants per booking, and you can book more than one person.

    Hello Adam Preiser and team 😜 I am interested in Latepoint. I am a clinical psychologist and I have 2 questions: 1) Is it possible to schedule an appointment for a third party, for example a parent for their child or a social worker for one of their clients? 2) Is it possible to bill part of an appointment to the person and the other part to a third party? And to split the bill? For example, charging 10% to the person and 90% to an insurance, or for an appointment for a child, charging 50% to each parent. Thank you. Have a good day.

    The big elephant in the room is... when will someone make it possible to have recurring payments for appointments. I've scoured the web and can't find anyone. Any idea if there's something on the market offering a fully integrated solution for that?

      So, just an auto schedule for say 1 or 2 or x appointments a month and they are scheduled and auto billed for the dates of the appointments?

    I miss information like, is it compatible with Elementor? Is it multi languages? Is it possible to create a marketplace with this plugin? Is it possible for the admin or manager to have access via forntend , without needing to access wp-admin? These requirements would be important for my marketplace project for barbershops and beauty salons. where will there be a list of several salons, and each salon will have its panel, its managers, attendants, etc., is it possible? Can you make a tutorial? Thank you very much, I'm looking forward to it!!

    Hi Adam, thanks for a nice presentation of Latepoint. Do you know if Latepoint can be used in Europe in terms of GDPR and payment etc.?

    • @SujayPawar

      Yes, since LatePoint is a WordPress plugin, you host it on your own website server. So you’ve complete control over your customer data and where it is hosted.

    Hi Adam again. There are many good things about Latepoint, but it annoys me that another plugin needs to be added to translate into a language other than English. Before I buy, I would like to know if this is something that is being worked on to change?

  • @stephenwhiteson1169
    @stephenwhiteson1169 Před 7 měsíci +1

    Ugh, I was so excited but the UI looks very dated. It looks like some of the "Database" plugins. It has very old, 2000-ish design . Otherwise from a point of functionality looks great. Will wait for version 2.0 though, before I commit.

    • @ElizabethaKaur
      @ElizabethaKaur Před 7 měsíci +11

      I have to respectfully disagree with you. I really enjoy the look of it, both front and backend. Everything is clean and sleek. It's a matter of taste I suppose.

    • @WPCrafter
      @WPCrafter  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Are you talking about the data list view? I think that is the point of that view :-), to drill down into the data, filter it, etc. This is something other booking options don't have. 17:51 is that view, but I think for an active services based business that takes bookings, this view is a godsend.

    • @stephenwhiteson1169
      @stephenwhiteson1169 Před 7 měsíci

      @@WPCrafter I'm not talking about the UX, I'm talking about the UI. The colors, the shading, the buttons. It reminds me of some old retro PC games. Feels cheap, but again as functionality it looks awesome! I'm just a sucker for good looking interfaces :)

  • @henrikbrogregersen
    @henrikbrogregersen Před 7 měsíci +1

    I actually don't like the UI. Neither the backend or the frontend. Its too tiny, and cluttered, and the UX does not feel WP or Surecrafted-ish. Hope to see some Sureism added to the UI/UX

    • @WPCrafter
      @WPCrafter  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Surprised because most people are drawn to LatePoint because of the design and interactions. The LatePoint design has been imitated by numerous other booking plugins. Also keep in mind, many things are customizable. For example, the step icons, they are fully changeable to whatever you want.
      That said, I would like to have another design layout, so users have options.

    • @henrikbrogregersen
      @henrikbrogregersen Před 7 měsíci

      @@WPCrafter I think the mobile experience is really great and the experience on the mobile phone feels native and real, because the UI/UX fils the entire view point, so there are no distracting elements.
      But on the desktop, it feels a bit alien for me. It feels like a system on a system, like you have a website and then the booking experience that does not feel native to your sites behaviour or layout / styling.
      And the backend feels a bit alien too I think.
      If you take any of your sure products, they have a common feel that does not feel alien to wordpress or your site behaviour. I am sure a lot of effort has been going into the sure products to get this feel of ui and ux.
      This is what I mean by the UI needs some sure-ification, and I do believe this will make the desktop feel better.
