This looks incredible. I picked up a license! The dashboard is so clean and polished.
That looks really good!!
Great Vid ! Thanks.
I was able to purchase the lifetime deal - thanks
I really liked the design, I found it very clean and practical.
Me too, and the interactions and movement is elegant and subtle.
How about recurring appointments for the same service? Eg: Grooming, every 2 months?
Amazing bro. Do you have some tutorial creating it?
THIS IS BEAUTIFUL
I agree, its what most people come to LatePoint for, and the customization options.
How did you change Agents to Groomers in the side menu? Do I need Loco Translate to do it?
Can agents create their own bookings?
Seeking recommendations: Is there a WordPress plugin suitable for my intranet site to list clients, enable contractors to select them, send requests via email, and add clients to their chosen list?
what about from service provider side ? have an admin dash ? PWA or similar available ?
@WPCrafter Can you use to reserve buildings or multiple people for one gym class?
@@chemapg How do you like it?
@@SnapSite Quite a bit. I had my hesitations at the beginning of the year because it had some glitches and I was missing some functionalities. But now is much more reliable and the custom automations are making a big difference. I don't have to rely on other platforms for that. I use it for different businesses as it's quite flexible for appointment bookings.
Yes there is a group booking feature where you can set the max participants per booking, and you can book more than one person.
I like how clean it is, would be great to see transportation specific way to bookings with the ability to modify rates.
One of the coming enhancements is going to be to the onboarding, to customize it there for your use case.
Hello Adam Preiser and team 😜 I am interested in Latepoint. I am a clinical psychologist and I have 2 questions: 1) Is it possible to schedule an appointment for a third party, for example a parent for their child or a social worker for one of their clients? 2) Is it possible to bill part of an appointment to the person and the other part to a third party? And to split the bill? For example, charging 10% to the person and 90% to an insurance, or for an appointment for a child, charging 50% to each parent. Thank you. Have a good day.
Hi I use latepoint and I am a therapist. I don’t find it user friendly in the backend to get it set up.
Is latepoint at all white label or co branded?
The big elephant in the room is... when will someone make it possible to have recurring payments for appointments. I've scoured the web and can't find anyone. Any idea if there's something on the market offering a fully integrated solution for that?
This is being added in v5 which should be out in January.
Very interesting thank you.
So, just an auto schedule for say 1 or 2 or x appointments a month and they are scheduled and auto billed for the dates of the appointments?
I miss information like, is it compatible with Elementor? Is it multi languages? Is it possible to create a marketplace with this plugin? Is it possible for the admin or manager to have access via forntend , without needing to access wp-admin? These requirements would be important for my marketplace project for barbershops and beauty salons. where will there be a list of several salons, and each salon will have its panel, its managers, attendants, etc., is it possible? Can you make a tutorial? Thank you very much, I'm looking forward to it!!
Hi Adam, thanks for a nice presentation of Latepoint. Do you know if Latepoint can be used in Europe in terms of GDPR and payment etc.?
Yes, since LatePoint is a WordPress plugin, you host it on your own website server. So you’ve complete control over your customer data and where it is hosted.
Very good video!
Thank you very much!
Hi, thanks for making some videos occasionally, its a big help. Is LatePoint also suitable for dealing with Restaurant reservations?
What are you using for your captions?
There are many tools for this these days. I used a Final Cut Pro extension for it, forget the name, but they are becoming quite common.
Can you please help me do twillio sms booking confirmation?
Please let me know if you know about it or make a video about it .
Thanks 😊
You have to set up a twillo account. It has a link in add ons.
Bought the Lifetime License today!
Awesome, LatePoint has an amazing future ahead of it.
Hi Adam again. There are many good things about Latepoint, but it annoys me that another plugin needs to be added to translate into a language other than English. Before I buy, I would like to know if this is something that is being worked on to change?
Ugh, I was so excited but the UI looks very dated. It looks like some of the "Database" plugins. It has very old, 2000-ish design . Otherwise from a point of functionality looks great. Will wait for version 2.0 though, before I commit.
I have to respectfully disagree with you. I really enjoy the look of it, both front and backend. Everything is clean and sleek. It's a matter of taste I suppose.
Are you talking about the data list view? I think that is the point of that view :-), to drill down into the data, filter it, etc. This is something other booking options don't have. 17:51 is that view, but I think for an active services based business that takes bookings, this view is a godsend.
@@WPCrafter I'm not talking about the UX, I'm talking about the UI. The colors, the shading, the buttons. It reminds me of some old retro PC games. Feels cheap, but again as functionality it looks awesome! I'm just a sucker for good looking interfaces :)
I actually don't like the UI. Neither the backend or the frontend. Its too tiny, and cluttered, and the UX does not feel WP or Surecrafted-ish. Hope to see some Sureism added to the UI/UX
Surprised because most people are drawn to LatePoint because of the design and interactions. The LatePoint design has been imitated by numerous other booking plugins. Also keep in mind, many things are customizable. For example, the step icons, they are fully changeable to whatever you want.
That said, I would like to have another design layout, so users have options.
@@WPCrafter I think the mobile experience is really great and the experience on the mobile phone feels native and real, because the UI/UX fils the entire view point, so there are no distracting elements.
But on the desktop, it feels a bit alien for me. It feels like a system on a system, like you have a website and then the booking experience that does not feel native to your sites behaviour or layout / styling.
And the backend feels a bit alien too I think.
If you take any of your sure products, they have a common feel that does not feel alien to wordpress or your site behaviour. I am sure a lot of effort has been going into the sure products to get this feel of ui and ux.
This is what I mean by the UI needs some sure-ification, and I do believe this will make the desktop feel better.
@wpcrafter is this SureBookings or something else?
