The problem with me is I dont forgive or forget. The hood and the foster care system school and prison turned me in to a demon that complex PTSD hits different.

My child past on in 2020, what advice do you have for one stuck in a grief from it. I feel like im deeply depressed and not going to ever forgive myself.
