Outdoor Kitchen/Part 9/Door Hinges: Hinges can get very confusing when buying since they come in different mechanical shapes and made for different cabinet types and serve different build combinations. Without the right tools, they are also pretty hard to install. I chose the BLUM 110 degree, full Overlay, soft close hinge (part no. 71B3550) and go through the process of installing it on a mock cabinet frame

Thank you for sharing this. As you said - I found many videos on installing the door mechanism, but not much information about the cabinet mounting plates. This was very helpful - and my Blum hinges are now installed!
