    Can you show us do DTF on zipper please?
    And how to access your DTF videos? Large format on DTF, is there other hacks for DTF on dark garments besides using HTV as the bottom layer.
    Thanks

      A true DTF printer prints with white ink so you can use it on dark garments. I do not recommend the hacks with other printers.

    Thank you so much I have always wanted to know about pressing with a zipper because I sent something off to the dry cleaners and had them put something on for me because I didn’t know how to do it and She spit the word down in the middle and it looks horrible. I wish I would’ve known this before because I could’ve done it myself and then it just like you said slice the piece at the middle. Thank you thank you thank you.

      Yea I feel like every design needs to be looked at individually to see what it will look like!

    Thanks for sharing, I love it! I was wondering if those hoodie zippers are plastic because of melting. I am definitely going to try this.

      @AngieHolden  Před 9 měsíci +1

      They are metal which makes this easier. For plastic zippers, I would find an HTV that has a low press temperature and time.

    Thank you for this tutorial 😊. I have another question please, which HTV vinyls are safe for children clothing and how can this be checked. Are there specific brands that produce HTVs safe for children’s clothing?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Před 5 měsíci +1

      They should be CPSIA certified. All Siser vinyls have this certification for example. You can look on the website to see.

    love this video....do have a question, how do you determine the difference in the zip up hoodies, how do you know which one is the lighter weight or heavier weight. I went on their website and couldn't tell the difference...thanks

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Před 9 měsíci

      They had "light weight" on some when I looked!

    Can you do one with the big pocket on the front of the hoodie without the zipper? How do you split the picture in half when it’s real big and the picture will press over the pocket in the middle of the sweatshirt

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Před 9 měsíci

      I would probably cut the entire HTV design and actually slice it once applied with a craft knife and press again to make it go down.

    Hi Angie. Do you have information about putting htv on the back of a hoodie?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Před 4 měsíci +1

      I don't have a video. I would unzip it and just put the back on your heat press then press like a normal shirt.

      @@AngieHolden I was wondering more about placement. Thanks for answering.

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  Před 4 měsíci

      I would put it where it would sit between the shoulder blades for most designs.
