I just decided to get one because this amp had a headphone socket and i wasnt going northwards of £500 for another one.Think i need to take the cover off to clean out any dust as i`ve had the builders round

Interesting. My PM6005 had an issue where it wouldn't have sound and I had to keep turning it off and on for like 5-10 mins until it worked. Then after a year of that it started buzzing and I finally had to replace it. I went with the PM6007, so hopefully it does last longer.
