Lead actors of TBBT were paid 1 million per episode. There were 279 episodes. Although I don't know if the lead actors were getting 1 million per episode from the beginning. I do know initially only the actors playing Sheldon, Leonard and Penny were paid that sum. They threatened to quit if the remaining 3 were not paid the same amount in the latter season.
