My favorite mattress and it feels so cool too but i didnt have any probor issues woth mine but all depends where you buy it or get it from and what kind....
I got the twin XL model probably over 6 years ago now. I've still got it, I sleep very well.

Howdy, I am a stomach sleeper do you believe this mattress would be good for me? it looks comfortable. Currently I have a EXTRA firm and it is KILLING ME, I cant take it any longer. HELP
Next best thing to do unzip the mattress from protector around it to let it expand
These can take weeks to fully expand. You can actually sleep on it if you give it a sold 12 hours to get to a good point after you open it.
Is it actually cool?
Doesn‘t feel any cooler to me. Not sure why it‘s called cool gel.
