Pokemotion - What is it, why did I buy it?

Today's quick video is a look at one of those daft purchases I made 20 or so years ago. So what is the Pokemon Pokemotion?
Well, it's a LED light wand to display various things and messages.
And I'm yet to conclude why I bought it!
