If she is a restauranteer and she has good systems and knows what she is doing, why teach others? What she should be doing is finding good concepts that are executed poorly and buy them out or partially invest in the them and help them be successful. For example say you have a successful sports bar chain and it serves basic bar food. Primarily the customers are NFL fans and your busy days are the NFL days. Maybe you eat at some other places outside of your area that you can convert to your chain.
