At this collaboration with Evergrey (Floor is good friends with their vocalist) she was pregnant at her first child. And as always, once she shows up, everything brightens and become more beautiful. She makes the whole world bloom(or boom if she wants to). Simple as that.
Great reaction! Floor and Tom Englund, lead singer of Evergrey, are good friends. Love their voices together. Floor interviewed him in a Floor Finds video on her YT channel during the pandemic. czcams.com/video/PRlHz42atiY/video.htmlsi=zwpixnTZ4oC7lTA_ , They talked about mental health and his own struggles with mental health. He also has a degree in psychological counseling. Also of note that Floor's husband Hannes was the drummer in Evergrey for a few years and no, that is not Hannes in the video. He left to join Sabaton a few years before this.
It doesn't matter which band you put Floor on stage with - the songs and the performance will be a lot better. When Floor opened for Metallica this year and blew up the stadium, I hoped that she would also perform a song together with Metallica ... unfortunately, that was not the case. I would have loved to see her show this world-class band who is the boss in the ring.
Evergrey journey is amazing. His voice😊 They have heavy songs but melodic And some slower melancolic songs Floor is a big fan from Evergrey. She did another collab with them Discpnnected😊 Eternal Nocturnal Where august mourns King of errors Solitude within Save us Midwinter calls Blindfolted All epic songs😊with epic video's
YAYY...Everygrey! They have heavier songs too, but it's always beautiful. His voice is amazing! Thanks for gibing this awsome band deserved attention! Yeah, we are rocking with these great bands for a long time😂 Sweden, Norway, Finland and Holland have awesome rockbands🥰 You enjoying our great bands, your expression made my day. Thanks (No USA is under a bubble hahahaha)
Evergrey is just top noce. Floor of course needs no further love…she’s queen. Saw Tom last weekend in the 013 with Ayereon…he’s such a great musician and brilliant singer…those two combined is heaven
Tom Englund, their lead singer, is a very interesting man and Floor interviewed him in Floor Finds: czcams.com/video/PRlHz42atiY/video.html Hannes, Floor's husband, used to be the drummer for Evergrey (that wasn't him in this song) so there's a strong music connection between Floor, Hannes and Evergrey. It's interesting how Floor adapts so well to any band she sings with. How about another Swedish band with Floor on stage? Soilwork and "Let this River Flow" czcams.com/video/-yXB7CB6DmU/video.html Floor's mic was a little low in this one, but we can still hear her well. Björn and Floor really get low with the growls in this one.
I concure! Brother Firetribe has been on heavy rotation this Summer 🤘🏻 and Poets of the Fall well cuz I love melodic rock and I'm going to see POTF in concert this Oct
Tom also has a sideprojekt with Vikram Shanker called Silent Skies, his voice with Vikram as the multi instrumentalist. The songs Taper Construct Numb are amazing😊
Tom's also the lead singer for the prog metal band Redemption and has sung on their last 2 albums. Tom also introduced them to Vikram and that's how he became a member of Redemption as well.
I have been rocking to Evergrey since 1999... amazing band trust me! Listen to one song playing in the record-store (remeber those?!?), and had to have it! Being a fan since then!
Sometimes I think the Lady Floor is my narcotic..but in a good way..Evergrey is a great band..when Laydy Floor starts to ft.of any band..there is something happening..unreal,beautiful..She is the One..:)
A tip. In the Corona Pandemic, Floor do some on her Chanel. One was Floor finds. And there is a long speaking with Tom Englund ( The Singer) about Depression. Very, very deep.
I agree with Bill below, you should really check out Soilwork "Let This River Flow" with Floor Jansen, it is a banger, and Floor shows that badass side of herself once again. She just makes everything better, and she adjusts her voice and colors it to sound good with anyone she sings along side. czcams.com/video/-yXB7CB6DmU/video.html
Floor doing Floor things for sure but never stealing the thunder of the bands or artists she guests with. She just sprinkles her magic and lets them shine brighter! Someone will suggest it I'm sure but here is another example of Floor doing Floor things for you in case they don't, SOILWORK - "Let This River Flow" feat. Floor Jansen czcams.com/video/-yXB7CB6DmU/video.html
Hi from the UK 👋 🇬🇧 another one for you to check out Soilwork let this river flow with floor jansen live As also avantasia misplaced among the angels feat floor jansen official music video
That singing guitarist next to Floor must be at least 2.5m tall. Oh, God, what a colossus he is! I like how at the end of this song Floor gets the upper hand with the high notes. Btw: And as for Floor, she has a voice really for everything, she can even sing the phone book to you😁 czcams.com/users/shortsgmjIHx10g1U
Just got into this band myself and if haven't checked out "Call out the Dark" i highly recommend it. It was my introduction to the band about two months ago
The vibe and feel of King of Errors is quintessential Evergrey…not as heavy as Eternal Nocturnal or Save Us (both great songs) but this one just brings it all IMO czcams.com/video/Pmmh69G-pt0/video.htmlsi=nHUtkYInXoWejLe8
✌🏼🤘🏼 Evergrey is a underrated band first and foremost just absolutely incredible song writing Great song structure and they just have a phenomenal sound
Floor makes every song better. Even when they are awesome to start with. 😊 Perfect road trip song. Flying down the highway with this blasting 😊 You should also check out Floor with Avantasia in their song Misplaced Among The Angels. She does others on that album too.
As a massive Evergrey fan here, they have a ton of different songs, most aren't quite this pop - though it's still good! "Where August Mourns" is the next one I think you should check out. "Black Undertow" is also a good representation of them. "Distance" from this same album is great too, though my personal favourite is the title track "The Storm Within". Also, they colab with Floor on another song (which is crazy awesome and progressive) "Disconnect". Be warned though that there is no video and Floor is just doing choir like background vocals. This isn't even talking about their older badass stuff either, which is also amazing.
I'm sorry but you are really wrong. You say... floor is the perfect singer for featuring this song. I say... Floor is the perfect singer for featuring every song. 😂😂 And indeed what a super band and really good singer You should check out Floor's solo album from march 2023. Soooo good.
A little trivia. Floor husband Hannes Van Dahl used to be the drummer for this band before he joined Sabaton. This is how Floor got connected with Evergrey.
I'm only here for Floor, I don't have time to listen to any mediocre bands. This guy is surely no Marco, that's for sure. Sorry, that's my honest reaction.
Simping hard I see. The hard truth is Nightwish hasn't recorded anything interesting since Floor has joined and Nightwish were already awesome (Oceanborn, Wishmaster, Century Child, Once) way before she arrived. I love both bands but Evergrey is my favourite of the two because they simply have a deeper discography IMO. Also exceptional guitar tone and singer.
@@LiesThatBind If you don't find gems like: Weak Fantasy, The Greatest Show on Earth, Endlessness, Tribal, Pan, Yours Is an Empty Hope, Noise, Shudder Before the Beautiful, etc. interesting, then you should write "in my opinion" and only speak like that for yourself because it's generally not true. Of course, your "the hard truth" remains only yours and no one can ever take it away from you.😊
Thanks for checking us out! :D
Man of course!!! Loved this! Would love to have you on a podcast sometime my friend. Cheers!

OMG! His voice! Those two together! Even before Floor came in it was mind-boggling. More from this group please.
All the time when I see Her, it is shiwers down my spine..it is amazing how I love Her voice ❤
Evergrey- A touch of blessing❤🎶👌

Evergrey is awesome! The song that I discovered them with back in my teens was A Touch Of Blessing
Hannes used to be drummer for Evergrey and Tommy is a great friend of both Hannes and Floor .
Try Emmppuuus old band Brother Firetribe .

Nive reaction dude
Epic track🇸🇪 I suggest 'Eternal nockturnal' or 'Where august Mourn' with
Evergrey
I love Tom's voice.
Floor also features on the track Disconnect.
Just a few recommendations:
King of Errors
Distance
Where August Mourns
Eternal Nocturnal. Thats a blast. Where August Mourns
Yet another great band who have the taste to collaborate with Floor. Maybe next try Soilwork ft Floor with Let The River Flow. A bit more metal !!
YES!!!!
Love when you rewind! Makes the songs longer!!
Tom also has a sideprojekt with Vikram Shanker called Silent Skies, his voice with Vikram as the multi instrumentalist.

Oooh Evergrey. This is a train I can get on 😄
🇬🇧 Norfolk : once more you stumble down a hole and find Floor 😅
I have been rocking to Evergrey since 1999... amazing band trust me!
Listen to one song playing in the record-store (remeber those?!?), and had to have it! Being a fan since then!

If you love this kind of duet checkout Kamelot featuring Simone Simons - 'the haunting' live at Norway.
i wouldn't be surprised if this is a hit

The absolute pristine beauty and the beast. This song is a beautiful forgotten gem.

Yes, best ever...
Can recommend Eternal Nocturnal and When August Mourns

One more queen's participation.
With Floor is always great, good choice, man.
Floor makes every song better. Even when they are awesome to start with. 😊

Soooo good.
Floor is the only one I know that doesn't make "I've been watching you from afar" Not Creepy
Are you joking? It is so sexy how Floor strolls up to the mic and sings that second verse. Every mans dream to hear her sing that to him.
@Thorgrim247 I did say NOT creepy. I think you misread me. She is amazing.
Floor is just the ultimate! What must it be like to be Floor, LOL!
A little trivia. Floor husband Hannes Van Dahl used to be the drummer for this band before he joined Sabaton. This is how Floor got connected with Evergrey.
10.15 Floor's habitat 👍👍
Where august mourns Ewergrey 🤘💥
The drummer here I think is Hans her husband.
Her husband Hannes on the drums
Actually, no, Hannes was in the band 2010-2013 so before this song. This is Jonas Ekdahl.
@@magnusjohansson5841 I’m so sorry, I really thought he was Hannes.
Great song. Floor was a bit underused though. A bit of a waste of a goddess!
Still waiting for Soilwork featuring Floor…. Just sayin’
I'm only here for Floor, I don't have time to listen to any mediocre bands. This guy is surely no Marco, that's for sure. Sorry, that's my honest reaction.
I also love Nightwish and Floor, but this is disrespect and fanatical blindness from you.
Yes the disrespect isn't necesarry,
By the way, this band is quite good and Floor would definitely not work with them if she had a different opinion.
