This is a classic Adam the Woo video. Love it. You captured the magic of that covered bridge and that beautiful little stream perfectly. These are the kinds of videos where we almost feel like we’re sitting right there beside of you and admiring all of the amazing sights and sounds. Man, you have a true gift for capturing the history, the ambience, and the sounds and tranquility of a place on video and describing it in a way that ignites imagination and wonder about what stories it could tell, what eyes have seen it, and what lives have been impacted by those locations in the past. Adam… man… I hope you will always make these kinds of videos because they bring so much happiness and they are medicine for the soul for so many. Well done my friend. 👍🏻
I don't normally watch vlogs longer than 20 or 30 minutes long but yours seem to go by so quickly because they are so interesting and i love the content.
Can't wait for Tim to get home so he can watch this one! We love them all, Adam, but ones like this we especially enjoy! Thanks for sharing this with us! Covered bridges, old overgrown barns, and Abandoned houses right up our alley.
I like watching lots of old videos in a row especially with his dad running out of petrol and his mum with the little church, also what happened to Cody?
These are my favorite videos of yours, when you find these out of the way country places. There's nothing like the peacefulness of the Smokies. Thanks for filming all of this.
Before you started drawing our attention to this area and it’s awe inspiring beauty the only thing this Brit knew about it was Dollywood. Thanks to your vlogs over the past few years you’ve shown me so much of the States and this area in particular. It’s now on my bucket list, which I sincerely hope to implement within the next couple of years 😊
@@TheDailyWoo I could see Adam, after he retires from CZcams, to maybe retire in this area of the country. The weather is not too harsh, the beauty is unmatched, and there is always something to see or do very close by not to mention the people seem to be very friendly.

Adam the first one can you imagine a headless horseman trotting across that bridge and the noise it would give off. I grew up in Felton California and we had a covered bridge the volunteer fire department would have a pancake breakfast to raise funds for that old bridge as a kid it was really cool and to this old guy it still is. There's a covered Bridge built the same way up in Lake Placid area that has been restored and is lovely to cruise through it in Gods Country, Neat, Thanks, Thumbs Up.....
I honestly think I could sit at that covered bridge all day and not get bored. There is something about the mountains that just brings a special peace to your soul. Loved this video!
Love this area - Would you mind just staying here a few more weeks to vlog? We love your take on what you find off the beaten path!! It’s so peaceful and beautiful!! I can’t wait to go back, but am enjoying it through your lens!!
We retired to Cookeville, Tn in 1993. During our 10 wonderful years there we did a lot of backroading and found many wonderful places hidden in the backwoods. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were our favorite places to head to any day for a night or just a day. Thanks for some great memories, we’ll look forward to more.
We went to the Harrisburg Covered Bridge yesterday and it an great experience. We drove over it several times and got out and walked on it. Thank you Adam for pointing this out. We enjoyed going to it. It was cool seeing your video then going there to see the covered bridge
This video is my favorite kind of content from you! Don’t get me wrong, I love all the touristy stuff! But your backroads and out of the norm stuff are what brought me to your channel! Keep up the great work Adam!
These types of videos are by far the greatests ones you do. Mostly when you go to a place you haven't been and we both experience it together. All your videos are good, but these are just on a whole other level.
Great video. My kind of video. This is what my husband and I do when we go to the Smokies. We are "back roads" people. So enjoyable and relaxing and discover all kinds of things. So glad you are having a great time. As usual, thanks for sharing.
Loved seeing the covered bridges. The sounds of the creek, so peacefull. Thanks Adam for taking the time to walk through the covered bridge & stand by the creek awhile.
This was very relaxing, and so enjoyable. I'm with you, Adam. I always wonder about the history of an abandoned home, building, or vehicle.🤔 Those bridges are so lovely. I am surprised there was no weight limit listed on the first bridge! I really enjoyed this change of pace video. 👏🤠👏
While in that area, it would be a great drive to Townsend. The river runs through there, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Lots to explore. Gateway to the Smokies there. We fell in love with the area last summer. Stayed there for 4 days. It's worth the trip, and not far from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge!
Love these covered bridges. Being originally from Pennsylvania I lived around covered bridges. A lot of history there. Some day wish you would do a filming location where Bridges of Madison County was filmed. Adam, you do the best history videos. Thank you for sharing. 👍
I love seeing abandoned old homes. Some of them Makes me want to buy them and fix them up. I have one in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania on 62 acres. Four bedroom farmhouse. I'm going to be listing that for $450k

That covered bridge reminded of the movie "Silver Bullet" with Corey Hamm and Gary Busey! The OG werewolf movie for a kid at my age at the time that had a great B movie feel for me later in life. I'll watch it every time it comes up when it's playing on TV
Totally amazing, love these covered bridges and lovely to see that someone had one built in 2000. Have only seen in movies and love them. Do wonder why covered, if a reason for it, stylish though. Nothing like it in UK, at least not aware of. TFS looking forward to tomorrow's vlog now.
I love these non touristy videos. Country backroads are the best. I hope to one day move out where the only traffic jam will be from farm equipment riding down the road in front of ya. I didn’t even think of covered bridges when I went there. Well another thing to last to my list when I go back. Love those covered bridges. They just give places a certain ambience that regular everyday bridges don’t. Plus they make for really good photos and I am always on the lookout for places to take those. 📸

Those kind of bridges always remind me of the movie “Funny Farm” when the movers in the U haul truck are trying to decide if they should go through a similar covered bridge or not. Looks a lot like the one in that movie.
