I've seen companies receive negative reviews with humility and professionalism. Anyone who jumps to trying to invalidate the reviewer or makes unfounded accusations, is waving a big red flag. There will always be positive and negative reviews. A company with confidence in their work will take the bad with the good.

I received the EX.N sport from EUC service begining of august and I am very happy with it. FYI I climbed the same hills more easily with the EX.N Sport than with the Sherman. I will still continue testing it in offroad. Thanks for your review

In the states the "Warranty Void if removed" stickers were deemed illegal. You are absolutely allowed to open a device you bought. This is probably so you can deem it to be the thing you purchased and free from defect. The bank doesnt sell you a house and then say you cant take down any drywall. Its yours. Do what you want with it.
I always like to see a channel that is not afraid to call it as they see it and potentially end up barred by dealer afterwards. There was a nice balance of good and bad here and nicely explained what was bad too.. rather than just a rant (which will get a user no-where). I've been tracking EUC service for the last year+. They advertise custom firmware and improved performance on the MSS line of modded Gotway/Begode wheels. I appreciate this review video a lot. Pretty disappointing!
That's rather interesting as it would be very easy to prove whether or not they'd actually loaded custom firmware if you had access to a device seems more likely that they just tried to tweak some settings, and considering how in-depth writing firmware for something like this I'm rather skeptical.

I rode this wheel today 3150wh version extra 450wh, it's one hell of a MIGHTY wheel. I don't know what you're on about. The wheel you're on must have been crashed or something other It doesn't have pedal dipping or calibration issues at all. The hard mode it next levels it's sooo sharp and precise, it's the ultimate wheel for precision riding and street riding. I'm not talking in behalf of eucservices either, Daniel doesn't even know I exist EXN is powerful, EXN MSS Sport is even more powerful and just feels refined, eucservice know what they're doing. To anyone, at the end of the day it's just words you have to try it out yourself to get the truth

@4:24 wow that really does sound like BS with them claiming they made changes to the motherboard and motor @7:15 I tested over powering my EX.N up a very steep hill while going slow just like you. Every time I did it the motor made the sound and it gave out without any sort of beeps. Beeping before letting you face plant is a good thing, that is something that only my S18 does. My V11, RS19, EX.N, and mten3 don't beep before letting you face plant when over powering them (I tested each thoroughly).

I sent my msp to euc service for a shell replacement, he told me it will cost around 650e. Thereafter i had to pay 850-900e not sure, how ever the msp gone around 300km start marine unexpected tilts/Hits and burnd down. And euc service not reply since
That sucks, you can do a charge back for 120 days if you paid for the service with your debit card. Just contact your bank. If you have any questions just comment below.
Awesome feedback, companies should take the bad and make it better to continually improve. Its great to get this highlighted as it would not be great for a new rider to deal with this type of service.
On the subject of opening things up and servicing them, I'm curious...could you see swapping out a board from an MSP onto an Msuper V3? I shocked the board on my V3, and there's no boards available online. I figured you might be the guy to ask.

Good on you for posting this video. I almost bought an MSS from EUCService last year as I was interested in the high speed versions of the MSP but decided against doing that in the end. It definitely sounds like there has some 'shady' activities going on
I find it to be an actually useful feature ONLY BECAUSE I weigh 110kg, so the torque being harder to access acts like a safety net and if you calculate the angles, it actually gives a more lenient wheel that is safer to overpower. When the motor is starting to be overpowered, it gains mechanical advantage the more towards flat the pedals go(pedals tilted up moves the pedal hanger infront of the contact point, so the more towards the contact point, the less power is needed to keep the rider in a "lifted" position and that power can be used to regain the stability of the wheel), also, the added distance to overlean gives a little more time to react so that is another plus. But that's about all the plus sides. I'm saying this despite the obvious flaws present in the wheel and I whole heartedly agree that it isn't really worth the extra money. Had I known this prior, I'd have just got a stock EXN.
Also don't recommend the EUCSevice power pads (soft ones) got them for my Sherman and they don't really offer any good support for your legs, they are filled with some soft bubble plastic and nothing else making them way too soft, expensive to boot

But we have to be careful in using power of CZcams not to ruin lives and businesses. Hope you do a follow up video to solve this mystery with Daniel. His expertise is goldmine for us who is in business. A genuine business will come back and make peace, fix all the mistakes and do all the necessaries for any further damage control. Otherwise, we will see retaliations, fight backs and more. As someone who works a lot with brushless motors, you do not want your motors to make that noise. Also it is *NOT* legal in the EU to void a warranty for opening a product unless the manufacturer can explicitly prove that your opening of the device is what damaged it.
@@cebulafpv4768 I'm not a physicist but here the way I understand it. A brushless motor is driven by 3 AC signals their varying frequency changes the speed. When the motor is making this noise it means that it can't keep up with the driving frequency because it's being overloaded, the noise itself is caused by the windings or magnets in the motor vibrating at some harmonic of the input frequency.
@@oliverer3 that low grunt made by the motor is because it is almost skipping magnets, ie overloaded. This mostly happens at slow speeds as the physical distance of the pole pair from one magnet to the other is overco e slowly because the wheel isn't spinning very fast. You can skip magnets at higher speeds but it causes less vibrations and grunting as the pole change happens quicker. Magnet skipping causes the controller to rapidly change back and forth between a pole pair and thus results in a lot of vibration, some which is heard.

Jeśli takie wady są od razu widoczne, to należałoby jednak zrobić test używając nowego koła. Czy jeździłeś na innym takim kole (MSS) dla porównania? 2. Sugestia przywłaszczenia (podmiany) akumulatorów w Nikoli przez serwis to poważny zarzut, którego nie powinno się formułować tylko dlatego, że po kilku miesiącach przebywania koła w serwisie nowy właściciel koła stwierdził, że ma ono mniejszy zasięg niż gdy ty na nim jeździłeś. Kilka (5) miesięcy to sporo czasu i akumulator mógł ulec degradacji. Wystarczy np., że koło stało naładowane do pełna przez ten czas. Zaznaczam, że nie mam nic wspólnego z EUCservice.
Honestly pretty scary seeing those pedals tilt forward, without the right grip tape or studded pedals it poses a big safety risk as well. Good on you for releasing this video, EUCservice needs to seriously step it up. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Pretty sure that in the EU the retailer (EUCService) would have to prove that the damage was caused by you opening it up for they to deny warranty. I work with RMAs and warranty claims on a daily basis. Including on electronics, and this seems just like a scare tactic to deter consumers who do not know their rights.
Didn't Vee do a pretty favorable review of an MSX from EUC Services? An explanation of their business model prior to starting the review might have been helpful. I didn't watch until the end, so perhaps this occurred after I stopped. A modified EUC isn't currently on my wish list, but I will certainly keep this review in my back pocket in case it ever is.
I don't really know what the stakes are, but to follow you for years I know you are honest and I trust you ... Thank you for your honesty and for what you do for the wheeler community 👍
@@ruimino Wtf man, so much agressivity relax man I saw your replies to every single comments here, I replied to this particular one only because I think you deserve the right to your opinion but everybody here can see how badly this MSS behave and you continue to say it's because this MSS is not working properly and you claim to have acces to those wheels so you should be able to prove your claims. I like facts and what I see here is a badly behaving wheel, you want to prove it wrong you would need more than opinion.
So, your problem is not the wheel performances but the pedals leaning too much. How can you make a climb test if you have this kind of problem ? For me, you though you remove the tilt back but it was not (euc world app have to be configured for classic monster V3 and not configured as monster sport). My monster V3 MSS clearly do that when I set tilt back and my pedals don't lean excessively. I met Daniel Kot while the micro-mobility day in Brussels, he gives me some tricks to set up correctly my wheel and he is really fine and friendly. The best is to meet him while events if it's possible for you and just with app configuration, you can remove some problems. I personally love my monster V3 MSS line and I don't think I'll able to change it for an other. I'm clearly not of the same opinion of Adam and I'm very disappointed with him.
@@94e88 Adam is conflating MSS Line with his ex.n experience. He also speaks about his relations with Daniel Kot. MSS line are very good wheels (and certainly the bests for my opinion).
Nobody mentioned which retailers/dealers use them as Service center cause they only re-sell from factories.. 😔 Cause they are many, a big one in UK that in the end never provided support, and more. I'm a victim of both

In a comment I asked for some specs instead of useless promo vid ... immediately being personally insulted as jobless troll bullying the great videographer. :-) Never was tempted to do business with them.

Got the ex-n mss 2.months ago. I had to wait 12.weeks for it. Communication with eucservice was a disappointment. As even crystal clear questions from me got misunderstood by eucservice again and again. The wheel tho ride like a raped monkey. I have rode up aleast 45% hills without any problem. Never heard the crushing sound of motor in hard braking or accelerations. It just runs great. And I weigh 110.kg. stops on a dime and accelerate very hard.
Just FYI, 45% slope is only 24.23 degrees. Almost any wheel can do that. 40 degrees is a completely different story and the EXN nor the EXN Sport can climb that.

Perhaps you could have started your video with what EUCService is as I have never heard of them and for the first 15 minutes of your video, I thought they were a new EUC Company making a new wheel. I think they are a company that refurbishes wheels and modifies them. Is that correct? Again, not 100% clear on who or what EUCService is. Are they the peoples who modified a wheel so it could work when totally submerged in icy water 2 or 3 years ago? Are they the peoples responsible for the complete tear down of many recent wheels months prior to been available in america? I've seen the inside of the sherman motor about the same time kuji did his "sherman street tire is not good" video. If it's them they help me a lot with infos on how to repair/protect my wheels but I was expecting them to be russians... Maybe I'm completely mistaken and someone here would tell me who exactly im talking about...

Well. After all this, to be fair, Daniel Kot should send a new undamaged Exn Sport for Wrong Way to test. But I thin this won't happen because it looks like Adams and Daniel are not best friends now. But for the sake of fairness and to clarify all these a new review with a new wheel should be done

On the youtube channel ElectricUnicycles with Marty Beck I remember a video were the EUC building had a fire and now I think It must have been because of a disgruntled customer.
I did already over 2000 km on Ex.N MSS and I’m very satisfate of it, except of the dipping pedals effect when I’m riding a bad road. Adam, I have an impresion that your most critical opinion is beaucous of your intention and not beaucous of your real experiens of this wheel...
It almost looks like its trying to give counter-pressure in hard/sport mode. It makes sense, if you're not riding hard, I'm sure it feels mushy as hell riding. It seems strange because anyone who has ridden a wheel faster than 40/45kph knows that the wheel needs to be predictable because the road at that speed isn't. Even the Sherman pedal dip is predictable, sometimes even helpful to accelerate out of a corner. From what I saw that MSS EXn was trying to confuse you or play some sort of weird game. EUCService really needs to get their business in order... what a ridiculous way to treat a possible marketing partner. I'm sure you've done more for them than they could do for you. On top of that "thanks for the marketing and sales...now pay for a scratched shell", I don't even have words for such a petty maneuver. I had been seriously looking at their MSS line, but now I'll definitely steer clear. Keep doing what you're doing for the community with the honest reviews.
I bought last January an RS 19HS from EUC Service, I ordered a bearing change for FAG and a battery expansion at 2250 WH The wheel arrived with the new bearing but without the battery expansion, I called Daniel he immediately offered to take the wheel back to add the expansion but I preferred to keep it and he got it. therefore sent a pair of NYLONOVE pedals (which I love so much) as well as a refund of the difference in cash In short, good experience for me
How you can explain the lack of battery expansion? It is not a massive amount of production, it was an individual order with specific needs. I just can't understand such "forgetting".

@7:15 I tested over powering my EX.N up a very steep hill while going slow just like you. Every time I did it the motor made the sound and it gave out without any sort of beeps. Beeping before letting you face plant is a good thing, that is something that only my S18 does. My V11, RS19, EX.N, and mten3 don't beep before letting you face plant when over powering them (I tested each thoroughly).

I sent my msp to euc service for a shell replacement, he told me it will cost around 650e. Thereafter i had to pay 850-900e not sure, how ever the msp gone around 300km start marine unexpected tilts/Hits and burnd down. And euc service not reply since

Awesome feedback, companies should take the bad and make it better to continually improve. Its great to get this highlighted as it would not be great for a new rider to deal with this type of service.
On the subject of opening things up and servicing them, I'm curious...could you see swapping out a board from an MSP onto an Msuper V3? I shocked the board on my V3, and there's no boards available online.

Good on you for posting this video. I almost bought an MSS from EUCService last year as I was interested in the high speed versions of the MSP but decided against doing that in the end. It definitely sounds like there has some 'shady' activities going on
The pedals of this exn were really dipping in the wrooong waayy 😂
I find it to be an actually useful feature ONLY BECAUSE I weigh 110kg, so the torque being harder to access acts like a safety net and if you calculate the angles, it actually gives a more lenient wheel that is safer to overpower. When the motor is starting to be overpowered, it gains mechanical advantage the more towards flat the pedals go(pedals tilted up moves the pedal hanger infront of the contact point, so the more towards the contact point, the less power is needed to keep the rider in a "lifted" position and that power can be used to regain the stability of the wheel), also, the added distance to overlean gives a little more time to react so that is another plus. But that's about all the plus sides.
I'm saying this despite the obvious flaws present in the wheel and I whole heartedly agree that it isn't really worth the extra money. Had I known this prior, I'd have just got a stock EXN.
Also don't recommend the EUCSevice power pads (soft ones) got them for my Sherman and they don't really offer any good support for your legs, they are filled with some soft bubble plastic and nothing else making them way too soft, expensive to boot
Thank You for the review, Adam! You work so hard to make it, but some wheels are hard to love. This EXN seems to be very wrong, damaged ex. I understand that you don't like it. But we have to be careful in using power of CZcams not to ruin lives and businesses. Hope you do a follow up video to solve this mystery with Daniel. It may feel Wrong Way first, but please, Do It Right!

His expertise is goldmine for us who is in business. He invested years of winding motors, coding, testing wheels, coding again into the MSS line, no longer doing this for profit, but for love to wheels, for sake of science.
A genuine business will come back and make peace, fix all the mistakes and do all the necessaries for any further damage control. Otherwise, we will see retaliations, fight backs and more. As someone who works a lot with brushless motors, you do not want your motors to make that noise.
Also it is *NOT* legal in the EU to void a warranty for opening a product unless the manufacturer can explicitly prove that your opening of the device is what damaged it.
It is hollow motor.

A brushless motor is driven by 3 AC signals their varying frequency changes the speed. When the motor is making this noise it means that it can't keep up with the driving frequency because it's being overloaded, the noise itself is caused by the windings or magnets in the motor vibrating at some harmonic of the input frequency.
@@oliverer3 that low grunt made by the motor is because it is almost skipping magnets, ie overloaded. This mostly happens at slow speeds as the physical distance of the pole pair from one magnet to the other is overco e slowly because the wheel isn't spinning very fast. You can skip magnets at higher speeds but it causes less vibrations and grunting as the pole change happens quicker. Magnet skipping causes the controller to rapidly change back and forth between a pole pair and thus results in a lot of vibration, some which is heard.

Sugestia przywłaszczenia (podmiany) akumulatorów w Nikoli przez serwis to poważny zarzut, którego nie powinno się formułować tylko dlatego, że po kilku miesiącach przebywania koła w serwisie nowy właściciel koła stwierdził, że ma ono mniejszy zasięg niż gdy ty na nim jeździłeś. Kilka (5) miesięcy to sporo czasu i akumulator mógł ulec degradacji. Wystarczy np., że koło stało naładowane do pełna przez ten czas.

Pretty sure that in the EU the retailer (EUCService) would have to prove that the damage was caused by you opening it up for they to deny warranty. I work with RMAs and warranty claims on a daily basis. Including on electronics, and this seems just like a scare tactic to deter consumers who do not know their rights.
Pedal dipping suckss. Theres so much inefficiency when trying to race with a wheel that just dips on you.

Didn't Vee do a pretty favorable review of an MSX from EUC Services? An explanation of their business model prior to starting the review might have been helpful. I didn't watch until the end, so perhaps this occurred after I stopped. A modified EUC isn't currently on my wish list, but I will certainly keep this review in my back pocket in case it ever is.

@@ruimino Wtf man, so much agressivity relax man I saw your replies to every single comments here, I replied to this particular one only because I think you deserve the right to your opinion but everybody here can see how badly this MSS behave and you continue to say it's because this MSS is not working properly and you claim to have acces to those wheels so you should be able to prove your claims. I like facts and what I see here is a badly behaving wheel, you want to prove it wrong you would need more than opinion.
So, your problem is not the wheel performances but the pedals leaning too much. How can you make a climb test if you have this kind of problem ? For me, you though you remove the tilt back but it was not (euc world app have to be configured for classic monster V3 and not configured as monster sport). My monster V3 MSS clearly do that when I set tilt back and my pedals don't lean excessively. I met Daniel Kot while the micro-mobility day in Brussels, he gives me some tricks to set up correctly my wheel and he is really fine and friendly. The best is to meet him while events if it's possible for you and just with app configuration, you can remove some problems. I personally love my monster V3 MSS line and I don't think I'll able to change it for an other. I'm clearly not of the same opinion of Adam and I'm very disappointed with him.

We can agree to disagree. I bought a MSS RS Sport from EUC Service. It’s the 5th wheel I own and it’s…..great tbh. Worth every penny. The mods and extra battery - couldn’t live without them.
The support is fine …. he’s a genuine guy though, that works his ass of, he’s not a pretty-please-pleasant american customer success manager, he’s the polish mad scientist, like it should be. Get over it.

What is MSS?
5 months is insane for a service....
Got the ex-n mss 2.months ago. I had to wait 12.weeks for it. Communication with eucservice was a disappointment. As even crystal clear questions from me got misunderstood by eucservice again and again. The wheel tho ride like a raped monkey. I have rode up aleast 45% hills without any problem. Never heard the crushing sound of motor in hard braking or accelerations. It just runs great. And I weigh 110.kg. stops on a dime and accelerate very hard.
Just FYI, 45% slope is only 24.23 degrees. Almost any wheel can do that. 40 degrees is a completely different story and the EXN nor the EXN Sport can climb that.

In the video above is 46 degree WALL, you never go up a hill that steep, regardless a road. Not even physically possible.
45% is 24.23 degrees, almost half as steep, a slope almost any wheel can handle.
Perhaps you could have started your video with what EUCService is as I have never heard of them and for the first 15 minutes of your video, I thought they were a new EUC Company making a new wheel.
I think they are a company that refurbishes wheels and modifies them. Is that correct? Again, not 100% clear on who or what EUCService is.

Are they the peoples who modified a wheel so it could work when totally submerged in icy water 2 or 3 years ago? Are they the peoples responsible for the complete tear down of many recent wheels months prior to been available in america? I've seen the inside of the sherman motor about the same time kuji did his "sherman street tire is not good" video. If it's them they help me a lot with infos on how to repair/protect my wheels but I was expecting them to be russians... Maybe I'm completely mistaken and someone here would tell me who exactly im talking about...

Well. After all this, to be fair, Daniel Kot should send a new undamaged Exn Sport for Wrong Way to test. But I thin this won't happen because it looks like Adams and Daniel are not best friends now. But for the sake of fairness and to clarify all these a new review with a new wheel should be done
It kind of looks like some bad blood between you guys. But the evidence is there. I wonder if it's just different and you can get used to it. Maybe the battery upgrade and nothing else is the go.

I think back when several Gotway wheels caught fire, it was found that most were MSS's. Those modded wheels should never be allowed.

I did already over 2000 km on Ex.N MSS and I’m very satisfate of it, except of the dipping pedals effect when I’m riding a bad road. Adam, I have an impresion that your most critical opinion is beaucous of your intention and not beaucous of your real experiens of this wheel...
I own one too, I can attest to the faults of the wheel, nothing he said is untrue or wrong. The wheel is not really better in any shape or form.
It almost looks like its trying to give counter-pressure in hard/sport mode. It makes sense, if you're not riding hard, I'm sure it feels mushy as hell riding. It seems strange because anyone who has ridden a wheel faster than 40/45kph knows that the wheel needs to be predictable because the road at that speed isn't. Even the Sherman pedal dip is predictable, sometimes even helpful to accelerate out of a corner. From what I saw that MSS EXn was trying to confuse you or play some sort of weird game. EUCService really needs to get their business in order... what a ridiculous way to treat a possible marketing partner. I'm sure you've done more for them than they could do for you. On top of that "thanks for the marketing and sales...now pay for a scratched shell", I don't even have words for such a petty maneuver. I had been seriously looking at their MSS line, but now I'll definitely steer clear.
Keep doing what you're doing for the community with the honest reviews.
I bought last January an RS 19HS from EUC Service, I ordered a bearing change for FAG and a battery expansion at 2250 WH
The wheel arrived with the new bearing but without the battery expansion, I called Daniel he immediately offered to take the wheel back to add the expansion but I preferred to keep it and he got it. therefore sent a pair of NYLONOVE pedals (which I love so much) as well as a refund of the difference in cash
In short, good experience for me
How you can explain the lack of battery expansion? It is not a massive amount of production, it was an individual order with specific needs. I just can't understand such "forgetting".
