We’re not experts in the law and have limitations as to what we’re to do in these situations. I think if you’re going to do first amendment audits, you should probably focus them on the police force who should be aware of what’s lawful and what isn’t... a security guard is simply hired help for that facility.. the experts of law are the ones who should uphold the law.. I think you should consider what’s an authorized badge to enforce law and what is a kid just trying to make a living.
