I can completely relate to the need for entry/exit strategy in small caps. I will share my personal example.
I bought good quantity of Caplin Point Laboratories during Delta wave for 490, Stock went up 111% in 4-5 months. Covid's severity was the tailwind, vaccine and lowering of covid was the headwind. They are doing capex now. So now I just have to sit tight until the next strong tailwind. BUY & MONITOR instead of buy and forget.
Great video! All set to look for multibaggers in the small and midcap segment, which is my preferred target area for investment. Also got to know that for small caps you have to buy hold and monitor and not forget. I tried the buy hold and forget strategy and didn't exit many investments at the right time which left a lot of profits on the table.
The attention towards Sandur Manganese was also interesting as I've been considering this company for a while now. Especially since I hold Maithan Alloys which is a similar business but without much capex or growth visibility.

On GPIL , iron ore is a commodity business. The realisation price is decided by market but a big cost in iron ore business is transportation/fright cost.
GPIL has one major advantage that they are located near to steel manufacturing belt their 90% of product sale within the 200 KMs . So it may be a advantage for GPIL because no other can set up iron ore plant on many location

in the beginning you showed a table where there were names like bajaj, kajaria etc. the entry pe was like in between 8-15, but still they were not cyclicals. but then the examples you showed later like sandur, gpil etc were having les pe was because they are cyclicals and not multibaggers. hoping that you could have mentioned this point

Sir Ji request you to identify small caps when they were really small cap. For example Gujarat Ambuja Exports started it's journey from Rs 1.00 in 2001 but started big moves 2016 onwards. Kindly identify the stocks at that stage.

I have always felt that even if a company is down, the 12-15% annual return tends to compound for market leaders and tends to deliver value sooner rather than later. The same happened with Reliance which was almost flatfish return for 10years.
