I'd never thought about using the lasso tool when working with gradient meshes, this is genius! I'll need to remember to use this technique in my artwork from now on if I ever use gradient meshes.

We have scans of large (24x36) engineering drawings and wiring diagrams and I would love some tips for working with these types of files. Most of them were hand-drawn and it is difficult because there is hand lettering on them. I would be more than happy to provide an example or two. Could you do a video, or at least point me to some tutorials for this type of Photoshop work?
