- Market conditions have made it difficult for the most recent generations to buy traditional real estate. While housing prices have soured, wages have remained relatively flat. This is why so many people are either renting or looking at alternative housing solutions like tiny homes.

Yes under 40 in Canada wont own a home unless they inherit capital.
I mean... It makes sense to get a house in most cases. The whole point was no one can afford one. In the long run they pay off greatly but the problem is as I said there almost impossible to comfortably afford one.
OMG enough
Personally wouldn’t get any info from FOX. But as a millennial, I don’t think I’ll b able to own a home for many years. Tiny home or not.
So you agree with this fox segment?
@@MyFriendlyPupI do agree that the housing market is booming to the point of most of us being priced out of it. That’s pretty obvious, the facts are right there in our faces when we look at home prices alone. But the majority of their shows/segments are based on propaganda, science denying, and racial prejudice BS.
This is a popular social media person they brought on to give their opinion. He's give the same opinion on other networks.
I'm gonna get a house. It's just gonna take me a little longer, so will everybody else. If you want it hard enough. You'll do the work that's required to get it. It might take longer but that makes it that much more worth it. Nothing's free in this world.
A difference between a "Fixed" House and a Tiny House is a Fixed House becomes part of the land! 😱😁😝🤪🤣👍👍🇺🇸
A tiny house average price represents about 14% of the price of a traditional home (on average)
@@tinyhouselistings depending on how it is built! 😱😁😝🤪🤣👍👍🇺🇸
The price to build is the same per square ft. if you have to build to "code", and can be less only if you don't have to. The cost savings is usually only due to you are building a smaller house! That 14% is not built to "code", not in a nice neighborhood, and built by the owner/no labor! 😱😁😝🤪🤣👍👍🇺🇸
I would think tiny houses (presuming they relocatable) would be treated similarly to manufactured/modular houses. Those are typically classified as vehicles while encumbered with a loan.
Once the lien has been released, some counties may or may not have a waiting period, but almost always have a provision to surrender the vehicle title at some point following satisfaction of the loan, and make that previously relocatable house a permanent addition to the land title.
Be aware, one reason they like to offer this is because it creates an improvement subject to increased assessment--More tax revenue for them!
Get a job!
@@user-qq1jn2cr2d i have a job the problem is the cheapest house is 300000 within 50miles of my work. I only get payed 40000 a year. I also have a college degree and thirty thousand in loans that i have to pay back. So dont go saying just get job it searously aint that easy.
