Tori's greatest skill is she always knows exactly what to sing and how to sing it at every moment. She never oversings and she always rises to the occasion. Lots of people have range or talent, but Ive never heard a bad performance from her over her entire career, which is pretty rare for a singer.

It appears that her label hasn't been getting the profits they expected (especially from her last album) thus they are setting their sights on a different audience ie. The Black community, with an affinity for R&B and vocalists who sing exceptionally well. Hence the RnB sound being emphasized in her new EP plus an attempt to make her look more racially ambiguous.
