I used to do the seal strecth all the time when i was a kid before i knew what it was. I remember id just do flexibility tricks on the playground like walking like a crab with my feet behind my head. Id do the seal stretch to cover my eyes with my feet and count when wed play tag or hide and seek. 😂😂😂
